THIS IS A PERSONAL BLOG where I talk about my own struggles with 3d & ask like-minded souls for advice and help. My blog is not intended as inspiration or advice. My posts are tagged so they can be filtered if anyone finds them triggering.

My old blog was a sideblog- this is my main now!

Staying with family means having to 'save' my c@ls as much as I can during the day so I can eat a 'normal' dinner with them at night.

I feel like Priscilla Presley, only allowing herself to eat hard-boiled eggs and apples during the day to save for dinner with Elvis.

But if she could do it, so can I (at least I'm not pregnant).

I finished my fast! My family didn't have dinner until really late, so it wound up being close to 27 hours. I know for a lot of 4n4gels that's nothing, but it's my longest so far. It wasn't bad, but I wasted a lot of time in bed. I'm hoping that as I get more used to fasting, I can get more done.

I had dinner + dessert with my family. We had pasta primavera (~500) and Klondike bars (250).

Overall, around 750. I'm glad I was fasting, so it didn't wreck my day. I got ~11k steps (low for me, but it's literally 100 degrees) and am going to do some simple stretching/pilates before bed.

I kind of want to fast again tomorrow, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to (I'll be around people more). Hopefully, I can at least get 14-16 hours.

I'm almost 20 hours into my fast (going to fast until dinner so probably 24-7hrs) and the 'hunger' isn't really bad, I just feel so lazy. Its hard to do anything but bedrot.

At least I have jetlag as an excuse. Any advice?

I guess if there’s any day I have an ‘excuse’ to go over on cals it’s the day that’s 30hrs (curse transatlantic travel)

breakfast: 1 small soy latte + peach monster ultra (my favorite!) ~100

lunch: 1/2 of the airline vegetarian lunch- lentils & vegetable slaw ~400

snacks: my family kept passing around unhealthy snacks and I would just take a bite- 1 bite of a candy bar, 1 bite of a granola bar, 1 cheese cracker. Then at the end of the flight we got shortbread cookies, which I actually ate ~300

dinner: 4 steamed edamame dumplings and cucumber salad ~400

overall 1.2k, and 1.3k steps. I’m going to attempt a 24hr fast now

Tomorrow I will finally have access to a scale for the 1st time in 6+ weeks (technically tonight but I'll wait until morning to weigh)

Part of me is really scared- but I'm excited to finally know.

And I can finally post stats.

These travel logs are a self-humiliation ritual I need to lock in when I get home to prove I'm not just w@nn@rexic

Breakfast: 1/3 bowl of oat milk porridge with fruits (~150)

Lunch: 1/2 a salad with chickpeas, quinoa (I asked to leave it off but it was included anyway), cucumber, omega seeds, and pistachios (~300)

Drink: 1 glass of white wine (~150)

Dinner: A chickpea salad with yogurt dressing at an Indian restaurant with a few bites of fried naan and samosa (~700, I wish I hadn't been alone with my dad)

~1.3k, I'm so disappointed in myself. As a silver lining, I got almost 25k steps. Tomorrow will be flying all day, which will be difficult, but I will try my best.

Have any 4n4gels had success with shapewear/spanx/skims/waist trainers or anything in that ilk?

I've been tempted to try for a loooonngg time but don't want to make the investment if they're not worth it.

Unhappy with today, but trying to use it as motivation. Only 2 more days until I can detox!

For breakfast, I had bread and jam again (~200). Lunch was a salad with smoked tofu, quinoa, & pumpkin seed oil. I think I was too excited about having tofu after so long because I ate way too much (~450). Ofc my family had to get chocolate lava cake after. I had two bites (~100). I really regret it because then we got chocolates on the plane, which were actually worth it (~100).

I lowkey didn't want to eat after that so I just got an app for dinner- 3 falafel with a handful of greens and vegan tzatziki (~260)

Overall ~1.1k, sigh. 16k steps. I need to either get better at acting or just stop caring about being subtle.

6.28.26- 1st day trying the 'Audrey diet' I mentioned this morning & it's a great compromise when traveling with family

Breakfast: 1 piece of brown bread with jam (~150)

Drink: 1/2 Campari Spritz (~100)

Lunch: Melon salad with feta (~320)

Dinner: Vegan sweet potato curry- I mostly just picked out the vegetables, left the rice/most of the broth untouched (~250)

Sweet: Small melon sorbet cup (~100)

Total: ~920

And I got around 18k steps

I hate using AI, but its so helpful for getting c@l estimates

For the rest of my travel period, I'm going to try to eat like Audrey Hepburn because she's my ultimate th1nsp0(/everythingspo)

Breakfast: Brown bread & jam, Lunch/Dinner: Vegetables with protein, pasta or a clear soup (I'm vegetarian though), allowances: 1 small drink & 1 small treat (Audrey was partial to scotch & baker's chocolate, but I'll make do with what's available)

Travel day with others, so of course, everything needs to be a struggle for me.

Met at a cafe, had 3 bites of a cake (~100)

For lunch had a vegan chia seed pudding with fruit compote and sunflower seeds (285)

Dinner took so long I wound up eating the jumbo piece of sourdough the restaurant put out :( (It was so big I feel like it was ~300)

I got a vegan mushroom stew for dinner. It was rich but small, so I don't have a good estimate. I feel like I probably had at least 1k today, though. Disappointing since I want to be around 500 daily. That will probably be unrealistic if I have more than omad w/ other people, though (I think I'm having breakfast, lunch, & dinner w/ people tomorrow, pray for me)

Also I got around 12k steps :P

Food diaries make me feel like a w@nn@rexic, but they're so fun.
