Are you really an HOA fan if you didnât briefly ship Alfie and Patricia after that laundry room scene in season 1?
Jerome and Eddie are so similar itâs actually insane.
1. Theyâre both simps
2. Daddy Issues
3. Jack Jackal stans
4. Pranksters
5. Jerome tried to murder Rufus and Eddie actually sent him to hell
Watching Vera threaten Mara was one of the most infuriating moments of season 2. I never wanted to beat up a fictional character so badly.
i think itâs so funny that people hate on mara jaffray for being completely unhinged, because thatâs the main reason i love her

Sarah Frobisher-Smythe (1915-2011)
"Don't let anyone see it, or they'll take it away from you! They take everything away from you in the end..."
House of Yesterday is the saddest episode of HOA. Sarah getting flashbacks of her parents, watching Victorâs dad being emotionally abusive to both Victor and Sarah, her parents passing away, Sarahâs last words to Victor being âi forgive youâ, and then Nina realizing Sarah died. Peak fiction.
I really hate how Victor treated the students in season 3. Itâs not like he was a saint before, but the writers were always able to show us that despite how much the kids ďżźinconvenience him, he still cares. I will always be upset at how awful Victor was to Amber in her final episode.
You turnip-head, thatâs Howlâs Castle!

Patricia when she went to the police station to report Joyâs disappearance
Jerome and Mara was literally damn near every dating trope. Enemies to lovers, friends to lovers, fake dating, nerdy girl and bad boy, slow burn. Theyâre an elite couple, Iâm sorry.
Jerome being disgusted with Maraâs edgy persona in season 1 is one of my favorite things about Jara đ
You know when you get into a fandom and you look at two characters and you think âI wonder if theyâre a shipâ. Then you look it up out of pure curiosity and find out it is a ship. Thatâs how you start shipping it and you donât realize what youâve just done. As you fall farther and farther down the pit you just dug yourself and then you realize âWhat the fuck did I just do?â
ON THE ISSUE OF NNOITRA GILGA - PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS
Okay. So it has been a pretty widespread opinion in the fandom that Nnoitra has one of the worst personalities in Bleach. Phrases like âmisogynic bastardâ, âjerkâ, âweak coward, âeasy to hateâ etc. etc. appear basically in every opinion thread.
However, Iâd just like to prompt one question.
WHY is he like that?
Because Nnoitra has one of the most serious psychological issues in Bleach. He was in the desperate need of help, which he didnât get and thatâs why it all ended like that. Well, he actually got the opposite of help.
But let us start the analysis from the beginning.
The basic and underlying problem of Nnoitra is an inferiority complex with an absolute zero of any self-worth. I know, what he says doesnât confirm it. He keeps on babbling how strong he is, saving degrading words for others, but thereâs where the difference between what he shows outside and what really is is inside his mind comes in. If heâd really think of himself as the strong one, why would he try so desperately to prove his self-worth, why would he seek so much for validation?
With this said, Nnoitra feels really bad with this complex and has his own ways of dealing with it. Yes, these ways are sometimes super drastic. But the gravity of all the actions he is able to take just to feel a little better about himself only proves how serious his problems are.
The first and basic way in which he tries to increase his self-worth is by comparison with others. He finds those weaker than him and then, well, kills them without mercy in a fight. This gives him moments of validation, a proof that he actually has some worth - more worth than those weaklings he had just slain at least. Because heâs stronger and strength is what attributes for worth in the world of the Hollows/ Arrancars. His enjoyment of fighting isnât about the process itself - itâs about what psychological benefit he can get from it.
Then why does he keep fighting Neliel although it doesnât give him any validation but rather pushes him into the pit of inferiority really, really deep?
He says itâs because he hates her. Because he hates that a woman can be higher in rank than a man.
Again, thereâs a big difference between reasons (what he says to justify his actions) and actual causes. Because the actual cause for Nnoitraâs hatred doesnât lie in Neliel - it lies in himself.
THIS!!! THIS IS WHY NNOITRA IS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER IN BLEACH!!!
True what drew me to him at first was his awesome character design. However the more I watched Nnoitra the more I realized how complex and fascinating of a character he is. Iâve stated before that I love him because of how well he represents despair which this analysis perfectly outlined. Saying he could have been helped is really sad because itâs true. Both Neliel and Tesla tried to help him but they both failed. Neliel was too harsh and Tesla was too lenient/obedient. When I first read Bleach I was dealing with some serious self-worth issues myself which is probably why I latched onto Nnoitra. Cause he represented all the worst parts of myself at the time.
