Getting my gut whipped in September 2013 - first times I had ever taken a single tail on my gut. It was a real battle of strength, toughness and bravery but I have to say my whipmaster Peter Fiske was incredibly talented and accurate.

Me doing preacher curls with 25kgs on the Strive multi-target bicep machine at Paris Gym in London.. This was my sixth and final set... I've struggled a lot with tendinitis in my wrists and more often train arms separate from each other because the strain the fixed grip handles put on my tendons.
