BELIEVE IN ZETTON

whisk up two eggs with some salt. heat up a nonstick pan with a little oil.

chop a few slices of cucumber, maybe some cherry tomatoes, w/ever you've got in the fridge that's quick to cut up. maybe like thin bits of carrot if you've got one of those graters.

chuck eggs in, let them start solidifying, chuck tomatoes on top, wait until it's flippable and flip (note: tomatoes will fall off. maybe add tomatoes later but it's nice to have them cook a bit under the egg). chuck some blend of spices on top if you've got it. maybe a slice of cheese. let it go until omelette is done to satisfaction. onto a wrap, put some cucumber in there, crack some pepper, flip one end and roll it up. eat while hot but don't burn yourself.
