In Skyward Sword, Link’s whole face is used to convey emotions and thoughts, the use of his eyebrows is very important in conveying these facial emotions. In BotW Link’s lack of eyebrow action makes his face seem very stone like and he conveys little emotion. I understand that the tone of this Link is very different then the tone of Skyward Sword’s. link in botw has carried the burden of the master sword and protecting a princess he knows nothing about, where as in Skyward Sword Link is fighting to save his best friend/partner. These two things are very different. BotW Link never fails to break my heart, he’s so worn out and sad.

Posting this alone instead of with other doodles cuz I don’t want those innocent doodles to be lost with this HDKSBSK anyways. Midna is a little clueless at times, and doesn’t understand the cultural differences between the twilight realm and Ordon lol.
