There are pro athletes who cheat on wives, beat girlfriends, take drugs, flaunt wads of money on social media, act like immature fools in public…and I haven’t seen any of them take HALF the abuse Sid has the past couple days. You don’t agree with Sid and the Pens going to to the WH to be honored for their accomplishment? Perfectly fine. That’s OK. I certainly don’t love it either. What’s NOT OK is personally attacking Sid’s character which the real fans know is good and decent and suddenly turning him into this racist, elitist, monster of a human being which has never ever been thought of or warranted. Be angry at the Pens, Sid, Mario, etc all you want, but for god sakes stop the character denigration.
