10 years later...
While I'm on a mission to reduce my digital footprint due to digital feudalism led by technobligarchy in late-stage capitalism. I came across this little blog of mine, I'm comtemplating should I delete my tumblr? wordpress? my pre-google emails? my facebook? my spotify? Where is the line? I'm kinda bummed out that I've lost access to my xanga ;( That would've been such a trip down memory lane. Lil ol me blogging her immigrate experience. Coming back to this and reading all the posts. I was such a sadgurl. I thought I would completely not relate to anything that I've posted. But looking back, I still enjoy the aesthetics, I still like cute girls' butts, I still wear my heart on my sleeves, I'm still up in the AMs journalling and making sense of my inner thoughts. I've always lowkey enjoyed the feeling of my heart breaking, and re-visiting this blog kinda gives me a glimpse of how I felt. Sometimes when your dopamine level is so out of whack that you become addicted to depressive episodes. When you can really FEEL everything. Cathartic almost. To think that your body replaces all its cells every 7 years meaning even though I'm reading the blog that I curated. None of my current cells are the same ones while somehow they retain all the old memories and emotions are astonishing. I swear I was only going to write a few sentences but I guess being mysterious and elusive was never really my calling.
Been thinking about how to end this post for literally an hour so we'll just have to abruptly-
