Hey littles! A lot of the world is in super duper hot summer now. Here are some age regression friendly ways to cool off!

If you can, go swimming! I know swimming can be scary, and it can be uncomfortable, but just getting your feet in water can be very cooling!

Handheld fans are your friend! Both manual and electric fans can help a lot, and so many of them are very very cute!

Stay out of the sun if you can! The shade is usually much cooler than sunny areas, even an open window on a sunny day can warm up a room!

If you have a refrigerator or freezer, have some cold treats! Cold water, popsicles, or ice cubes are great ways to cool off!

He knows all the tricks of the trade when it comes to calming them down. He is particular to "quiet coyote" because it has the kiddo look at him while also being able to regulate them without having a big conversation♡

Little!Ryland Grace and GC!Rocky from Project Hail Mary!

I meant for this to be little Grace and GC Rocky, however I can see this as them being siblings. Grace in my mind is an age regressor and pet regressor! He loves to do math and game. When he's being taken care of by rocky he likes to cuddle with him and read together. Rocky also makes sure that Grace gets good sleep as Grace would not sleep otherwise.

they pull you onto their lap, cooing over you and gently rocking you. you're so small, curled up safely against them, their fingers threading through your hair as you cry. they don't shush you, letting you let it all out, humming quietly as they hold you safe to their chest.

you want your teddy? some milk? it's okay - they'll grab everything you need. just let yourself feel safe and cared for.
