Okay, now that I've caught up, a bit more information. This will be a limited screening of a recap movie before the long awaited episode 24.5 airs.

It will air on the 28th February 2025, this is before the blu-ray box releases so it's incentive for fans to get both (aniplex wants your money lol).

Now, the INTERESTING part:

Only the main trio is going to appear and have new voiced lines, just like in the script for 24.5

I don't see a specific writer listing aside Gen Urobuchi being credited for the story draft, that might just be a credit listing determined by old contracts.

"And now, around nine months have passed since the end of the war between Earth and Mars. Inaho meets Slaine again at the detention facility."

Okay, so it seems episode 24.5 will appear in cinemas in Japan after a recap movie of Aldnoah? I'm not fully sure because there's not much info on the possible recap movie (which will probably use the same style of cutting existing animation with maybe some narration?).

So the novels are interesting because they dropped quite a bombshell about Inaho's dad that never got addressed in the show, I wonder if that got rewritten.

And the backstory manga with Slaine isn't listed here, neither is the manga about Inaho's recovery. Unless you count them as part of the booklets.

Nevermind this last part, it's listed on the anime's website lol

So even though it’s been almost 4 years since Aldnoah ended, Troyca sent out postcards to fans this year again as a thank you.

This year’s image features Slaine in a white shirt and blue cardigan, wearing red glasses and with his hair in a ponytail, holding a red rose.

I’m not sure about the pose or expression but you’ll find quite a bit of fanart of it on twitter. No picture because we’ll probably never see it, so have some fanart 1 2 3 4 and a crying Char to represent  my feelings.

In positive news, you’ll find Slaine, Inaho and Asseylum at the very top of Troyca’s Xmas tree~ Even Harklight and Eddelrittuo are there!

Troyca is at Machi ★ Asobi again! They’re selling key animation books and clear files, if you buy something at their stand you can get a new drawing of Aldnoah, AiNana or Re:Creators (one sheet with a drawing per person I believe).

So here they are, primaniacs is selling Aldnoah perfumes. No international orders available. There’s 30ml of perfume in each bottle and the price will be ￥5417 (without tax).

It’s Inaho’s retconned birthday and TROYCA has posted that they’ll be adding a clear file to their webshop (top image) looks like Slaine and Inaho playing chess. (source)

In other news, studio TROYCA has opened their official twitter account last week. Right now they’re working on the adaptation of Idolish7 (fun fact: OnoKen will be voicing Riku, so here’s hoping for crossover art by animators).
