We assume that others show their love in the same way that we do and if they don’t follow that equation, we worry that the love is not there.

Lost love is still love. It takes a different form, that’s all. You can’t see their smile or bring them food or tousle their hair or move them around a dance floor. But when those senses weaken another heightens. Memory. Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with it.

No matter how many times we say goodbye and how many times we tell each other to stop talking for a while we always find a way back to each other. After saying goodbye we will say hello. After saying we should not to talk to each other we always make conversation days later. You still care about me. This just shows me that maybe just maybe we could cross paths in the future and you can become mine again because im inlove with you and I always will be. You’re important. You’re worth the wait. I always complain that I’m all alone, but then I realize I won’t let anyone love me.

“I’m staying” “Even if you didn’t ask me, i still want to stay. No matter how many times you push me away and tell me hurtful words, even if you’ll tell me that you don’t feel anything to me, i’ll still choose to stay. I’m always here even if i’m not the first person you think every morning. Even if my presence annoys you. Even if you don’t want to see me. I’m just afraid that one day, i might get tired and once it happens i’ll just give you up.

Why it’s so easy for you to say to me to just give him up? Do you know hard it is? It’s like telling me that i already lost this fight. I can’t do that. I’m the type of person who will not give up no matter what happen. I can’t lose him. I don’t want to lose him. I’ll fight no matter how hard it is. I’ll never give up even though everyone is telling me to give up. I’ll hold on even though he already let go. I’ll stay even though there’s only a little hope that’s left in me. I’ll wait even if there’s no possibility that he’ll come back to me. I’m not yet tired so please don’t ask me to give up because i won’t and never will.

Can i be that person? That person you’re afraid to lose. That one person you will never give up no matter what happens. Can i be that person that you want to spend your everyday life with? The one that you care about and constantly on your mind. The one that you will treasure, make me feel especial, the one you will never take for granted. The one you look forward to every morning and the last person you want to see before you close your eyes at night. The one that makes your day, the one who can make you smile just by hearing my name and by seeing this smile on my face. That person you’d do anything for and willing to sacrifice anything. The one you’ll accept everything about me and love every part of me. The one who will let me love you and be with you. That person you love wholeheartedly. Can i be that person?

I want to wear your sweatshirt to bed, watch scary movies with you, talk on the phone till sunrise, sneak out at night to look at the stars with you, play your favorite video game, make you watch chick flicks, kiss you in the rain, go on walks with you, laugh until I can’t breathe, hold hands, build a fort and have a snowball fight. I want to fall hopelessly in love with you.
