Endou-kun no Jikken Note || ch.2

          “So then nothing new.”

          "I dunno about you but I find more interest in games than in that stuff most of the time. Slaying bitches is good stress relief."

          “So, what, is that the new ‘in’ thing?”

          "So then nothing new."

"Fine, I’m goin’ fer daisies an’ small thin’s like tha’."

          Logan shook his head slowly, feeling a little confused. She honestly didnt think he would? It was because of how he looked, wasn't it? Or maybe it was because she'd purposely picked such a silly request? "You know, I've got a place I go to now and then to pick flowers." Not too often. Hehad to give the plants a chance to grow, after all. Not that it was in any recession of growth and life in this little nook he's found. It's amidst some of the abandon lots, closer to the edge of town where it fell away to the long stretches of roads that led to farmland.           "It used to be a garden before the home was destroyed in a fire. Now the plants have reclaimed the area." It gave the area something of an eerie, yet lovely look to it, Logan thought. Plants retaking the land of an abandoned, damaged home, and a backyard full of colorful flowers.

             ”Mr. Logan.” The pup was surprised to see the older man when he approached, but his surprise returned to gloominess which he tried to hide from the other. Panpan tightly gripped the chains of the swing and was silent for a moment. “Nothing…..I’m fine….” He murmured.

          "Is that why you're just playing by yourself?" He didnt need to read the kid's thoughts to notice was what going on. He'd suffered a fair share of that himself when he was that age. "Because, you know, that kinda makes me feel a little lucky. You see, I was looking for someone who might want to play with me. Playgrounds are no fun by myself."
