A cat is a small creature in the middle of the food chain that is fully aware that you are a very large thing that could stomp its head in at any moment and yet it chooses to rest its tiny little head on your leg for a nap and spreads out on the floor near you exposing its belly and its most sensitive organs. Don’t you get it? This tiny thing trusts you. It wants to help you too. It licks your leg thinking that it’s helping. It kneads on you to find comfort. It shares its body warmth with you in the cold and gives you your space in the heat. It hisses at other mammals it sees outside including other cats in an effort to protect its family.

I'm disabled I don't qualify for disability because I can in fact hold down a job, I can in fact work. the office said I may qualify for subsidy security income, meaning I would get less money but since I'm able to work no they cannot subsidize my whole income. I'm far from the only person that needs aid from those coffers they have to be prudent with how they disperse it. but if I were to hold down a full time job that's the one thing that disqualifies me from receiving SSI because if I can do that, I'm not so disabled that I need someone to subsidize me.

so it's not that you're "not allowed" to work, it's that if you are working, you didn't qualify for the cheque earmarked for the person who CAN'T work.

I also don't owe you an explanation that I've been going through the disability courts FOR FIVE FUCKING YEARS and have barely gotten anywhere with it. I know the law because I've had lawyers and have done the research myself.

no, if you are working you do not get to pull from the "cannot work" fund. that is FRAUD. if you are working full time you cannot pull from the "has limitations" fund. that is FRAUD.

again, YOU are NOT by any means the ONLY person that needs those funds. they are finite and it's important to be PRUDENT about how it is dispersed.
