always sad how much chinese food has to advertise itself as no msg because of basically a racist misinformation campaign. bring back the msg i unironically want it. i want it to taste good. i would go to a place that proudly advertised its use of msg no fucking problem

For those who don’t know. MSG is just seaweed extract. It’s a racist campaign to make us scared of seaweed. And it makes food taste better. Some of y'all scared of tasty seaweed cause you believe racists.

All the people in the notes claiming to suffer from/have relatives with MSG allergies are utterly playing themselves because MSG allergies are a myth. Any sensitivity you think you have to MSG’s is coming from a different ingredient in the product, or is placebo.
