Not Here To Be A Role Model

We’re having a part of our house remodeled and I was super excited to be a part of the design process because last time we had to get something fixed I was too little to throw out ideas of what we could change.

But this requires teamwork…and I already had a perfect image of what the room should be in my head so I got a little rattled when my parents were either adding new stuff to contradict what I have placed or completely just getting rid of them.

While we were discussing the plans, my sister walked in the room very silently before shaking me to let me know of her presence. This freaked me out and I yelled at her to stop. My mom “got onto” me for my reaction and after a minute we’ve moved on.

Anyways, Later that afternoon we watched a movie and my mom turned the volume up way to loud and it wasn’t just me. EVERYONE said it was too loud. (Which means it was extremely loud for me)

I said “It’s too loud!!!” And my sister responded with “what the fuck is wrong with you.” Because my reaction was just a little too dramatic I guess.

The whole family started yelling at me for overreacting and my sister told me to leave
