Lisbon doesn’t appear heartbroken or worried…
I hope it’s because things are right in the Jisbon world. But I don’t think she’d be breaking down on duty regardless. She’s a professional as best shown in the last week’s ep when Jane was being held at gunpoint. It’s anybody’s guess, really.
Yes, she wouldn’t really let it show but would she be able to mask it 100%? She seemed totally “normal” to me. Well, just one more day and we’ll find out…

What Jane did to Lisbon on the porch in 701 when she was trying to talk to Abbott. I’d do a big-eyed double-take, too! It’s so great they finally let us see it in 710. Here, he’s been talking about the romantic weekend he’s put together for them. I guess it’s obvious what part of those plans are! Something he apparently knows very well that Lisbon likes. Breaks my heart those plans got spoiled.
Thank you Simon! How does a person make their upper lip do that? And that little wicked light in his eyes. I know it’s the same move because I could see his tongue dip down behind his lower lip and move up before the edit in 701. Just like this. >:-)P

Seems to me that Jisbon is going2be handled the same way RJ was handled. The RJ reveal of 601-608 had some discrete excellent moments, and RJ was killed at the end, but when I look back at it, it makes me bitter to see a hasty, slapdash, incohesive mess they made of the whole thing, and destroyed an excellent story arc. Similarly, Jisbon in S7 has had some brilliant moments & they'll get married at the end, but the handling of whole thing leaves me feeling utterly shortchanged & dissatisfied. :(
The only vein I have of that, and it’s a really sad-feeling one, is that it will end without having shown the passion between Jane and Lisbon in any real, observable way, unless they decide to throw a little something in at the end like Blue Bird. And they probably will, and it will be little, and I’ll love it because I’ve been so starved and deprived all season long. I don’t talk about it much anymore because it makes me deeply sad and angry and there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it. But it’s a damn shame and a waste of something very precious. /stopping now
