( staircase ) the sender walks down the grand staircase into the floor of slowly revolving dancers, looking beautiful enough in their costume to take the receiver’s breath away. 

( starcrossed ) the sender walks in uninvited to a masquerade in a glorious castle, and is met with compliments by the host: the receiver, who just happens to be their worst enemy. despite this, both parties are intimately drawn to each other.

( glove ) the sender stoops to kiss the receiver’s hand upon their entry to the ball.
