Couldnât reblog so:
I could write a whole essay on this, but I don't feel like it, so have this little collage I made
I love this community the analysis are greatđ¤đ¤
We did matching pfp with my bestie so that Iâd feel better after finishing the show. ITâS SO PRETTY I JUST CANâT AJWOFJFIDGBSJEBR.
Sheâs literally my demon hero.đ
Crowley: Take a big cup. put six shots of espresso, and nothings else.
Aziraphale: That sounds fun. does it come you down?
Crowley: Not really.
Aziraphale: Yeah, what do you sell that calms people down?
Nina: Eccles cake.
Aziraphale: Some Eccles cake please.
As I understood from the fandom, The word "Eccles" is a Greek ecclesia, meaning "the church", pointing how Aziraphale accepts to to return to Heaven as the Supreme Archangel. To)
I loooove this interaction because it shows how much they care for each other. Aziraphale tries to calm Crowley down after the whole Gabriel thing.
l've also heard that Crowley orders the coffee to blend in with human since Crowley doesn't like eating, while Aziraphale eats for pleasure and has a sweet tooth.

There's only one thing I don't understand:
Why did Crowley tempted Aziraphale to eat for the first time back in Job's episode (s2 ep2) when apparently he doesn't like eating?
It's also sweet that Aziraphale would've never know the joy of eating if it wasn't for Crowley. đĽš
So happy my instagram looks like this. Itâs so lively and soâŚwell, me!

Why did Aziraphale reject Crowley with âI forgive youâ?
Aziraphaleâs âI forgive youâ is a defense mechanism. As an angel heâs been conditioned to see disobedience as sin, so when Crowley proposes something that contradicts Heavenâs rules, whether running away (Season 1) or rejecting Heavenâs offer (Season 2), the training kicks in.
He canât openly admit his love for Crowley and when Crowley steps beyond the line of âjust friends,â Aziraphale panics and falls back on the only âsafeâ emotional script he has ever learned instead of saying things like âI love you too.â or âI want this but Iâm afraid itâs wrong.â
Another way I like to think about it is when Crowley is vulnerable, Aziraphale doesnât want to see him as sinful. He wants Crowley to be the angel he once was so âI forgive youâ kinda means âDonât make me see you as Fallen.â or âPlease stay someone Iâm allowed to love.â
Itâs tragic because Crowley doesnât need forgiveness! he needs acceptance! đđđ
He also doesnât understand that Crowley isnât asking him to sin and rebellion. What Crowley wants is partnership and love. Since Aziraphale interprets it through his angelic lens he sees R running away together as disobedience and kissing as temptation. âI forgive you for your disobedience.â is the only way he can cope with.đđđđ
Itâs even more tragic because Crowley doesnât understand any of those!!
Crowley takes the words at face value and âI forgive youâ sounds judgmental. He has spent 6,000 years being punished by Heaven. The last thing he wants is to hear Heavenâs languageâs in the mouth of the one person he trusts.
Also Crowley doesnât know how emotionally fragile Aziraphale is and how deeply Aziraphaleâs fear of Heaven runs. He doesnât see the panic beneath it; He thinks Aziraphale simply chooses duty over love.
I just wish they talk about these little misunderstandings in GO3 đ¤đ¤
The post was published in community so I canât reblog, but thisâŚkept me awake the whole night:
GUYS GUYS LISTEN SO WE GOT THE KISS SCENE IN THE SEASON 2 FINALE AND AFTER THE KISS IS OVER AZIRAPHALE SAYS HE FORGIVES CROWLEY HE UNDERS
He's just an Angel... I know.
Good Omens (2019-)
I JUST FOUND OUT THAT NIGHTINGALES SYMBOLIZE CONNECTION BETWEEN HUMAN AND DEVINE WORLD (IN FOLKLORE) AND WHEN CROWLEY SAID âno nightingalesâ HE MEANT HE AND AZIRAPHALE WILL LOOSE THEIR CONNECTION ONCE AZIRAPHALE GOES TO HEAVEN AND CROWLEY STAYS ON EARTH.
(K.O. for me *SOB*)
How much does Azirphaleâs beliefs effects his love for Crawley?
Iâve heard a lot of people saying Aziraphale fell in love with Crowley only because Crowley defies demon stereotypes and there's some goodness in him. He shows kindness, didnât kill Jobsâs goats and children, protects humans, risks punishment to do what feels right, etc.
Aziraphale has a deeply angelic worldview, shaped by Heavenâs strict definitions of good and evil. So when Crowley shows tenderness or loyalty, Aziraphale interprets it as a âhidden spark of goodness.â which is quite comforting for an optimistic angel who always sees the positive in everything.
That lead me to this question:
Would Aziraphales still love Crowley as demon if he wasnât as good and as caring as he is now?
Does that mean Azirphale only loves Crowley because he believes Crowley is a good demon? How much can our beliefs effect our love?
Many fans argue that reducing Crowley to âa demon with goodness insideâ is oversimplifying him; And I personally agree with that because Crowley isnât an angel in disguise; Heâs a complex demon who chooses kindness without needing Heavenâs approval. He is worthy of love not because he secretly fits Heavenâs definition of good, but because he is uniquely himself. To summerize, the âinner goodnessâ Aziraphaleâs belief is more about Crowleyâs true nature rather than his angelic bias. Goodness is a part of Crowley not the reason!
Aziraphaleâs personality makes him love unconditionally and that is enough to accept our angel Crowley, fallen angel and the evil demon no matter what he is.

Reminder that this is still better fanart than AI
The GO finale director shared this on bsky :) <3
I just remembered this scene from GO2 ep2 where Job was asking god questions.
Crowley: âIs god actually talking to him?â
Aziraphale: âI donât suppose he is getting any answers.â
Crowley: âBut just to be able to ask the questionâ.
then, I remembered some dialogues he had throughout the show:
âI never asked to be a demon.â
âI only ever ask questions. Thatâs all it took to be a demon.â
To muriel: âI havenât always been a demon.â
Aziraphale: âYou were an angel once.â
Aziraphale: âYou said no to hell. So youâre good.â
GOD TAKE MY SOUL I JUST CANâT đ
*SOB till eternity*
Aziraphale: So whoâs the side are you on?
Crowley: My side.
Aziraphale: That soundsâŚ
Crowley: What, lonely? No, Iâm not lonelyâŚ
âŚ.
Aziraphale: So what am I!
Crowley: Youâre just an angel who goes along with heaven as far as he can.
Aziraphale: That soundsâŚ
Crowley: Lonely?
*Aziraphale nodding*
Aziraphale: âBut you said it wasnât!â
Crowley: Iâm a demon. I lie.
Itâs not lonely anymore when youâre with him you dummyđđđ
đŚđť
This is so cute omgđđđ

Good Omens Review (I just watched it)
I think the reason we feel sad after watching this show is the yearning to have such chemistry with someone (romantically or platonically). Good Omens was much more than âtwo people having the best and smoothest slow burn ever where one of them confesses and the other deniesâ. At least for me, their relationship is much more than the kiss and confession; Itâs devotion wrapped inside decades of restraint, longing. Itâs that feeling of comfort and familiarity with someone else. Their relationship is built on mutual protection, shared secrets, forbidden trust; A kind of unspoken loyalty that is stronger than their own natures.
They had to obey their head office, but over centuries, they slowly realized that:
Humanity is messy and beautiful, and both Heaven and Hell are terrible at understanding it.
So they begin bending rules...
Then bending harder...
Then outright breaking them â mostly for each other.
They choose co-operation.
Then companionship.
Then something that looks like love, even if unspoken.
I honestly did not expect the last episode to become obliviously romantic and I thought it was ok for Aziraphale (looking at Crwaley like he was in love or smiling whenever heâs around) to be a bit abnormal since heâs not human.
Aziraphale fell in love first, right in the beginning of everything. The whole Nebula was being created in front of his eyes but he was looking at Crawley the whole time. He has a deep longing for goodness, but also for freedom. He is trapped between obedience and desire. He loves quietly, but deeply. The kind that doesnât need grand gestures to be real, and sometimes, quiet love is the kind that lasts the longest.
Crowley fell in live harder. Heâs personality is bold, sharp, rebellious. He loves loudly through actions. He breaks rules, takes risks, gets his hands dirty. He shielding Aziraphale from Heaven or Hell. His love feels fierce, protective, self-sacrificial. He is more dependent to Aziraphale because he is his everything and he broke more at the end.
I absolutely love the philosophy behind it:
They should not love each other.
But they do.
Not despite their differences; Because of their differences .
