at least 50% of potential partners think im a dedicated crossdresser, sexually repulsive and not worth being considered or acknowledged past what my junk looks like, or both.

and even if i do manage to find someone who is a Good Cis™️ theres a huge fucking chance that they think im incredibly unstable because im trans, that im in excruciating psychological pain 24/7, and that they need to ~save me~ or ~show me that im perfect just the way i am~ or some other savior fantasy they can get off to. and based on past experiences sometimes that extends into literally every interaction, where they just fucking assume whats best for me or what i want or should want because, yknow, the love and affection they are gracing me with are the only things keeping me from flinging myself off the nearest cliff or something.

so my dating pool shrinks down to the size of a fucking postage stamp restricted to other trans people and cis people who are around trans people frequently enough to not be absolute fucking clowns.
