A Universe Of Memories

This champagne cork from the bottle of champagne she got free at a bar on her 18th birthday celebrating being legal and able to buy alcohol in bars and it reminds her youth and friends. 

The owner of this boomerang received it for his birthday when he turned 6 years, which he celebrated in Australia with his family. The boomerang is from an aborigine shop in central Australia. 

The owner received this book in French from her parents so she could practice. She once tried to get her French boyfriend at the time to read it out loud to her, but he made her read and translate for him instead.

When the owner of the tupilak was a young man he went on a trip to Greenland. One day when he was making a bonfire a young boy came up to him and sold his this Tupilak really cheap. to this day the owner still believes that the young boy must have stolen it from his father and sold it, to make some quick money. 

This chocolate is a memory of her swimming lesson she took for around 7 years as a child. After every swimming lesson, her mom would buy her a Mini-Muh chocolate from the vending machine at the cafeteria at the swimming pool and every time she sees one of them she remembers it.

A ring her best friend gave to her at her 20th birthday and she has always kept it close to her since. 

Pendant of graduation hat given when graduating high school, and it’s a tradition through the family. It always brings back memories of her time in high school and friends

A dried flower from her favorite plant which her mother dried for her while she was taking care of the plant and gave it to her as a little welcome home gift the next time she visited. 

The rubber duck creatively named Rubber the duck, was the owners travel companion for her recent interrail trip to the United Kingdom. The duck was with her through all of the trips and became the subject of many photographs.

The owner has been a scout for more than 8 years when she was younger, and the neckerchief has been with her for all of it. The different colour bands represent the different groups that she was in.

The rings are heirlooms handed down to the owner from her mother, the originally belonged to the owner's grandfather and his mother. Even though one is gold and one is silver the owner likes to wear them together so it feels like she is keeping the family close together even after their passing.

This bracelet reminds the owner of her first experience at a music festival. She went with a big group of friends from school and a sprained ankle.

The owner of the object remembers that they were some of the first from her class to get the new gameboy pocket. Hers was read and her sisters were yellow. she would sometimes play on it during car rides despite getting motion sickness.

The collector love going to the movies and always keeps her tickets. Each ticket reminds her of the different times that she went to the movies and what might else have happened on those days.
