This isn’t a male specific thing. It’s a people thing. Surprisingly many more women inappropriately invade my inner life than men. I extremely extremely like my boundaries.

I will no longer post here. I will continue to collect beautiful things elsewhere, a place where people in real life cannot find me, because too many people in real life, as soon as they find this page turn everything I share into something about themselves, as if what I share reveals my hidden thoughts and feelings for them. And I should not expend energy on saying, no one I know in real life exists in my inner world. None of my art/interests have anything to do with anyone in real life. When I am excited about something beautiful I should not have to hesitate on sharing it because I think someone I don't even like will twist it into my secret love confession towards them. Strangers on the internet are not this weird. Strangers on the internet are just excited about beautiful things like me. Goodness gracious.

When the people I date don't think they are my artistic muse, yet people I block are convinced the blocking is evidence of my deep passion for them. I don't understand human nature. Even chatgpt is like, wtf. Since blocking I've dated like 2 other people and they're still convinced I really want to be with them.

I think the only thing we were supposed to learn in school was not anything particularly factual but how to think critically, which just means not accepting any information at face value and being able to question assumptions and evaluate evidence to come to our own conclusions about the truthfulness of any claim.
