Soooo I’ve attempted the ana diet atleast ten times and I can’t stay consistent. I’m really trying to lose this weight but I keep giving up. I REALLY need someone to keep me accountable and help me plan out my diet/exercise plan so if someone’s willing to help me out it would be great.
