For those who suffer from any kind of handicap that prevent you to be able to work, the day could be long and sometimes, when we pass to much time alone, dark thoughts come haunting us.

To try to fight this I made a list (on a format of bookmark) of activities, things to do to keep my mind busy.

Here some ideas :

Notebook about Pet(s) memories

Handmade cards for your loved one

Canva : making temples, new presentations

Take time with pets

Walk

Use coloring book or made some yourself

Listen music

Watch TV shows or movies

Give rating about what you watch (letterbox, rotten tomatoes, AlloCiné …)

Make a little cleaning

Make pictures of what you like

Write inspirational quotes

Read poetry

Watch documentaries on YouTube

Watch concerts

This year I started the challenge « a picture a day for a year ». It helps me a lot to focus on the daily little joys or accomplishments and greatly help with my mental health.

Does I am the only one that do that ?🤣
