Impressive Sounds Radioshow on Radio Nova 101,7 FM Hosted by Mr.K Guestmix by me, including some of my favourite tunes right now :)
Music bomb
Urban dictionary definition: To break out into song in a public place that typically does not have music at an unexpected time (no posters, no Facebook events). Well orchestrated, executed and completely random.
Personally to me a ‘music bomb’ is when the DJ is playing favorites one after another throughout his whole set.
Luckily I found a video of when that happened to me. It was two years ago, on the 13th of August 2011, Sharam @ Cacao Beach. Right when I heard the first few sounds of Sharam’s opening track called ‘Open’ by the artist Egbert (coincidentally that was my favorite track at that time), I kind of felt it was going to be an incredible selection. And it was—favorites one after another, start to finish.
That was my true music bomb.
