you can do this. take a deep breath, think about the bigger picture, then atomize it. now that you've got a bunch of small problems, just start. swallow your pride and work at hand with whatever is in front of you. do it slowly but consistently and if you see no progress, don't worry about it. just build up the discipline to show up everyday. make it a habit so it stops being the thing you "think about doing" and it becomes the thing that you "just do". if you are feeling sad, or anxious, do something for someone. something nice, doesn't have to be anything big, but try to put a little thought into it. and if you find that you can't bring yourself to get out of bed, if you can't even pray for yourself, pray for someone else. give thanks to God in everything that you do. especially for this little prayer that is nothing short of a miracle. don't forget to drink water, i believe and i love you
