This is such an intriguing read! A sapphic, Venezuelan inspired, adult fantasy that definitely hit all those buttons and more. Check the author's trigger warnings, tho!

I love how the author created these different species within this world and really used that in a powerful way. I love the romance and world-building that swept me off my feet. In general, I love everything about this book.

I do wish it was a bit shorter. It started to feel long at one point which I think took away from the book. But, at the same time, I feel like the author had so much to say and did a beautiful job saying it!
