It's just the pipes, that's what they say isn't it? When they don't want their version of reality to be challenged. When they are too afraid to look behind them.
The loud noises that follow you In the basement?
That scream coming from the end of the hall?
The soft breathing in your ear?
Hello, my name doesn't mater but I work at one of the most haunted hospitals In the United States of America. Im not a doctor, or nurse, you see the hospital has been closed for years now, no I give Ghost Tours. I take people around, tell them the history, talk about the spirits, and teach them proper ghost hunting techniques. Now, for all the times I have experienced paranormal activity; disembodied voices, photos, EVPs, Spirit box sessions, seeing things in the corner if my eye, ECT. One thing still scares me. The basement.
Now tours do not include the basement for "safety" reasons. We wouldn't want someone to fall down the stairs and hurt themself, or for something else to hurt them.
At the hospital we have many different spirits, shadow people, full body apparitions, clouds of dark energy, the whole nine yards. However it's what is in the basement that I am afraid of. While talking with someone else about the place they warned me about the basement, warned me about the thing that resides down there. The Ghoul I have started calling it. Described as a pale, emaciated, figure that runs on all fours. On certain nights you can here it's banging and scratching follow you around the building from the basement. However upon asking about it...
The other night, as I was packing up to leave, in the hallway next to me I heard it. BANG I froze to look around. Then again. BANG! BANG! BANG! Coming up the hallway, Towards me. Needless to say I ran out of there faster than I ever have before. When I asked about it...
A few nights later another employee was fixing things up the old labor and delivery ward. He was on a ladder when he felt someone grab him and pull him to the ground.
When asking the building manager all he was told was:
"it pulled me off the ladder, how is that the pipes"
You don't understand, Its just "the pipes"
