was making some adon stamps for personal use but decided that tumblr should have them too. credit is not required but very appreciated!

so first, at the end of their respective media, jack and jimmy (hugo punch) can be seen shouting out for their victims. although it’s hard to tell what jack is shouting, he’s definitely shouting something along the lines of wendy. at this point their victims have already left and escaped from them.

and, both of their settings are a hotel. which is probably not that insane of a similarity but yeah, both of them have a hotel setting.

the last shot we see of these characters is them hunched over. now, jack is dead in this shot and jimmy is alive, but they are both hunched over by a wall. this isn’t a similarity so much but just something ive noticed.

the zoom shot at the end of at dead of night is similar to the shining. although the adon shot is much quicker and doesn’t fully zoom into the door, i think they are definitely a similarity (since they both have a doorframe zoom shot)

jack and jimmy are both usually associated with the colour red. they wear it a lot and red is all around their hotels.

jack and jimmy also carry similar weapons, jack carried an axe and jimmy carries a bat.

and my final similarity is that their names are both similar too. jack & jimmy both start with a j.
