first post for my batfam subnautica merfolk au! i was planning on posting my designs and some doodles first, but my idea for this piece was so strong that i nailed down the sketch really quickly, and then i just. kept on goin. lol. anyway. heres jason and bruce! happy mermay! more art of this au to come! but maybe not soon because subnautica 2 is out in early access LMAO

i kept making myself laugh while drawing this b/c i think im hilarious and just kept packing in more dumb visual gags & meme references lmao

after watching todays drawfee episode (fanart of our favourite albums) i was inspired to not only draw the same prompt, but to ALSO do my own speedpaint! this is inspired by+drawn while listening to discovery by daft punk!

this trend has probably already been done w/ them but i wanted to do it so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

yes i reused the img from last year and just changed the card. if it aint broke dont fix it lmao

honestly for most of their ages i mostly just checked more how old they were relative to each other and just picked what felt right. similar w/ heights, i checked what was canon but also factored in my own headcanons

this was also my first time ever drawing both jason AND tim and its a whole ass animatic. why do i do these things to myself (for the bit thats why lmao)

i actually drew the first one a while ago and just forgot to post it here on tumblr, but after using it for a while i decided i didnt like that bruce was facing away from the camera, so i drew the second one just now! its less interesting of a pose/composition, but i think it works better as a phone wallpaper specifically

ANYWAY this is my attempt at figuring out how i wanna draw bruce. tbh im not 100% sold on how ive drawn his face but i do think this is how ill be drawing the suit! i wanted to put my own spin on it while still taking inspo from official designs and i like where i landed here (ovo)b
