Finally Moving!
Well, after working hard (and a lot of copying and pasting), I have finished putting together my new blog @ofheroesandcons! Now that I have made my official move to an empty, but fully organized blog with all itâs pages currently up-to-date, all my other Skyrim blogs are going to be inactive.
So anyone following @athol-of-morthal, @astrongwill, @oftravels, and @imperialauthoress, please move to following my new blog named above. I look forward to getting back into the Skyrim community! Once again, thanks to everyone whoâs followed me on my various blogs.
I Have No Idea How Long Itâs Been
Probably a Year?
A lot has gone on in that year. I moved out of a, probably abusive and definitely unsafe, environment and into my auntsâ house in a completely different state. I stopped going to college in order to work. Iâve moved into my own apartment. Iâve become super close friends with a couple people Iâve met through this very community. Iâve gotten my depression diagnosed. And instead of 6, I now have only 1 cat.
Needless to say, itâs been a hectic year and I havenât really felt like getting on here simply because I have been kinda overwhelmed. But I feel like Iâm in a better place now and Iâve been missing this. Sure, thereâs been no new TES content in years and the community is kinda stagnant, but Iâve missed it. Being away from the Skyrim RP community has kinda made me realize itâs homey for me.
That being said, everything will be undergoing major changes that will hopefully mean Iâm back for good. All of my blogs ( @athol-of-morthal, @astrongwill, @imperialauthoress, and @oftravels will condensed into one multimuse blog (but without the sheer numbers this implies. Iâm gonna cut my list down to 12 at most).
When exactly this will happen I have no idea. But when it does happen one last update will be posted on each blog, and then after a week Iâll probably delete all the old accounts.
Anyway, I hope that at least a couple people see this. And, if anyone has stuck to following me in all this time that Iâve been gone, well yaâll are saints. I hope that this plan really helps me out and that I can get back into the swing of things while I try to find a new job and settle into my new life.

Plava couldnât fight the grin resurfacing when Elanin started using her wording, calling it the fuzzy little secret or the âfurry little problemâ always made it seem just that bit easier to cope with.
âThatâs probably smart, I donât really tell anyone if I can help it,â which was a bit of a burdensome way to live at times, so it felt nice to not have to do that with at least one person, of whom Plava was unconsciously call Big Pup in her head.
When they headed out to Dayspring Canyon, it took all of her will not to get very quickly derailed chasing a small rabbit that hopped past, before they began to head the general direction of Shorâs Watchtower and going through The Rift.
âHow long have you been in the Dawnguard anyways? Iâve only been here a few weeks since an attack on Windhelm,â
She nodded at Plavaâs words. âI donât say it often...most people arenât going to like you too much after they know.â Elanin had gotten used to keeping many things secret to keep from being persecuted by those who saw her differences as something to make her an âother.â Someone to be feared and mistrusted. Her lycantrhopy, the Green Pact, being a ârelicâ touched by daedra from the Third Era who barely survived infancy, casual pick pocketing that never even ended in keeping the items. She didnât like keeping all of this from people, it was just something she did. That didnât matter right now though, there was a mission at hand. A mission with someone who could possibly understand at least a few of these things.
Elanin walked in silence with Plava as they left the fort, her bright yellow eyes following the rabbit that darted past them as they walked. It didnât seem worth it to take aim at the creature, so she merely continued walking; barely registering Plava nearly taking chase after the rabbit. She remained in her own head, thinking about the friendship potential that seemed to emanate from the Redguard until Plavaâs voice broke through the silence.
âHuh?! How long have I--oh not too long. About...seven months or so.â She shrugged. It wasnât like she had been in Skyrim for a long time. Or had it? She honestly couldnât remember. Everything sine the Thalmor took Valenwood had all blended into one very, very long moment. âWhy do you ask?â
One In The Same (Aspen/Adalmina)
â you donât kill your food? how in oblivion are you supposed to eat then?â he mocked adjusting his grip on his dagger. âand how can i just ignore my own kind?no perhaps you will be of use to me at some point.â he remarked noting the skeever that scampered up to him, climbing up his armor and to his shoulder. âperhaps we should see more of each other. either way i am done with conversations for the evening so you are free to go. but we may be seeing more of each other during my stay here.â
She wrinkled her nose, screwing up her expression even more than before. Everything form his words to his actions to the damned skeever made Adalminaâs detest grow. âOh gods I hope we donât.â She began walking past him, eager to move beyond this conversation. Hopefully to never encounter this baser vampire again.

âGood. First lesson.â He motioned at the rune, an ancient letter from a tongue ten thousand years dead. âThis is the first letter in the true name of pain. You will not find itâs like on this Plane.â
He carved the second rune, making a circle as he marked his victim with the third. âI will teach you what I feel you will have value in learning. Dark days are coming, boy. Best be ready for them.â
Octavian watched intently--wondering if now was a good time to ask the questions about âplanesâ that were swimming around his mind. While he watched he nodded, trying to pay attention while he thought about all these questions.
Finally he opened his mouth. âI donât want to interrupt, but what do you mean by these planes you keep mentioning?â Octavian was going to be distracted through whatever else the man spoke about if he didnât ask now.
The Eve of War
âThere is a way to force a compromise.â Jocasta stepped a bit closer, dropping her voice. âIf you can summon enough political pressure, you can force my father to allow you to retain your monarchy and your territory.â It was treason, what she was saying, but she could not allow her father to make such a grave mistake. She knew the Reach could not stand against her fatherâs might forever, but to allow their situation to devolve would hurt everyone.
A grin spread across his face now. Perhaps the Imperials were good for something--at least this one anyway. âAnâ what is it that puts political pressure on yer people? Probâly not hagravens.â Thatâs what would work on another Reachman, but the other races of Tamriel were another matter entirely. Not that the hagravens particularly liked many people that much--Agronaâs idea of âpolitical pressureâ would probably hissing at Jocastaâs father and telling him to do as she says lest he lost his internal organs. Something he would no doubt interpret as an act of war.

âLia, is there something you want to tell me?â
âYes, Iâm only a little bit exhausted. Everything is fine..â Lia said while walking the steps to his quarters. However at the top of the stairs she nearly collapsed.
"Lia!â Panic flashed briefly in his golden eyes as he rushed to her and extended a hand to help her up. âIf youâre this exhausted you should rest!â
âI am by no means an extrovert. The idea of being on a stage is very exposing, and I donât like that, so itâs kind of a strange job to be in. And I think of yesterday â there I am sat on top of a box with my shirt off. Hmmm, exposing. But in a weird way, itâs kind of hiding behind something.â â Sam Heughan

Lia just shrugged. âOh it was just too major insidence. Like being unable to get into water and tentacles out of my eyesâŚâ she had faced far worse in her life than some oddities like this.
Lia laughed a little bit, well at least nobody could say she wasnât eager, hell she killed the first dragonborn and basically became Moraâs champion. Cursed to spent eternity in Apocrypha. She would really love to see all this deities fight for her soul.
Her eyes widened. âHe did what to you? Gods the dunmer are weird!â That was too much for Elanin to wrap her mind around for sure. How did he manage to do anything so...strange? And more importantly why did he want to?
âWhy did you let him do something like that?!â She bent down to be closer to Liaâs face so she could make sure her confused and shocked expression could be fully appreciated by the shorter womer. It was also an excuse to get a closer look at Lia and double check that she was okay after whatever strange spells this âMaster Nelothâ performed.

Sera laughed and gave her a small wink. âIâm sure you will, Kami has a way with the beverages. And yep, family business, you could say. My little sis started the whole place. When I got to this town, she put me to work, so I come in and help her out every now and then. Besides, itâs nice to spend time with family and strangers alike. Especially strangers that like to have a nice conversation.â She ended with a warm smile and made light-hearted shooing motions towards the bar to direct the stranger to her upcoming drink.
Well this womer was certainly fun--Llavavenya would have fun talking to her for sure. She chuckled softly and sauntered over to the bar, gently tapping on the wooden surface. âPardon me, but I hear youâre good with making drinks.â
Alfea stood tall, one hand on her hip as she listened to Ahlynn. Sheâd never actually met him in person, invested too highly in her studies to socialize. Still, she was surprised he wasnât aware of her contribution to magical study.Â
Even if sheâd refused to share it.
âI began my studies at age ten, Sir. The last few years, I have spent sparse time at the College. Political matters calling my attention away.â And the desire to test the limits of her mind control spells. Most mages disprove of having their mindâs tampered with.
"Impressive, for a Nord.â She was definitely farther along than Onmund, but that had to be due to her having studied for as long as she had. âAlthough I can only assumed that by âpolitical mattersâ you mean the war.â He rolled his eyes, fully expecting an affirmative answer.Â
He wasnât too interested in the war, wanting to stay as distanced from politics and side picking as possible. Although the topic was something that several Nords, including those in the College, got passionate about.

A perplexed look crossed over Friggaâs face as she looked down at her hand. She then looked back up at her travel partner. âWhat was that for?â
âYouâre Skaal, right?â she knew very little about the humans who made their home on the frozen northern half of the island, âWhy are you so far south? Is it true you can make impenetrable armor and unbreakable weapons out of ice?â She might have blurted her questions out without thinking, but she was a curious person by nature and sheâd never met a Skaal up-close before.
"Iâm gonna go to the mainland--I wanna learn about the Nords there.â Sheâd heard a few stories, mostly from Tharstan but there were a few stories Morwen was willing to talk about. And everything she heard was so alien, but extremely interesting.
âIce? You mean stalhrim? Yeah, its pretty strong. You need a pickax made by the Atmorans to harvest it.â

That Risen Snow by Rob E. Boley
Pain and loss chewed at his stomach, boiling over into rage.
âThereâs goâtâbe somethinâ I can doâŚâ
Preening slightly, she idly tossed her hair over her shoulder. âI tend to know what Iâm talking about,â she said confidently, not afraid to boast. âItâll take some work, though. Fortunately, it shouldnât take too many resources - word of mouth should be enough to turn some heads. Then we just have to camp out. Itâll be boring in comparison to some other ideas, but when we find who did this, itâll be worth it.â
âShouldnâ be too hard gettinâ people to talk. âSpecially if I get my brothers to say somethinâ.â Brev might be just your âaverage Forsworn,â but Riok was definitely someone they wanted to get talking. He was weird, but people listened to him. âAnâ itâs not like I mind waitinâ. Not if it gets us what we want anyway.â
