Has anyone tried to pet Dust’s scarf yet? I’m rather curious how he would react~
How much sensations does he feel from the scarf?
Since it’s a physical presence is it able to hold things? Is it Warm? Cold? Possess any weight?
How much intent does it hold? If a monster touched it would they be able to sense any intent or emotions from it/him?
Does it reflect his mental state in any way? If so how? Does it move with his motions at all?
Does its opacity change at all?
Has killer experimented with it in any way? Most killers have a… Fascination with the soul, does this shine through in any way with yours?

1. Has anyone tried to pet Dust’s scarf yet? I’m rather curious how he would react~
If you touch the scarf, Dust would jump and freak out. Like, imagine something feeling inside your limb. The only time he'd willingly let anyone touch it would be in a safe place where they are private and maybe intimate. But so far that never happened.
2. How much sensations does he feel from the scarf?
He can feel as much if not more than his actual body, since it is pure magic with no physical material in it.

Yes but it usually lacks the density to do much. Objects might even phase through the scarf if it isn't dense enough. It tends to be warm. At full density, it is as heavy as Dust, although it is slightly floating so it doesn't weigh Dust down.
4. How much intent does it hold? If a monster touched it would they be able to sense any intent or emotions from it/him?
As much as Dust's soul can. You should have been able to, but you can't feel any intent or emotion from it. The shape reveals more of what he feels.
5. Does it reflect his mental state in any way? If so how? Does it move with his motions at all?
Yes. It changes shape according to what he desires. Like... if he is longing for his home it becomes papyrus's scarf. Because Papyrus is home. He can also change the shape himself if he tries hard enough.
Dust is seen most often with the scarf, so the magic is just referred to as the scarf for simplicity. It does move with Dust's motion as a "sway our arms as we walk" kind of movement.
6. Does its opacity change at all?
Depending on how much magic he has and if he feels safe. If he feels like he is in danger, his body will try to gather magic for attacks or teleportation. Hence the scarf will be less dense. At full density(fed well, healthy, and in safety), you won't be able to see through the scarf.

Of course. Dust didn't have this... "feature" until Killer had his hands on him. He tried a lot of things with the scarf. It probably hurted.
As for the nommy macaroons...
