Unbelievable #easy baked #pasta with tomato cream sauce for one. #recipe 1. 1c uncooked pasta in glass bowl w/2c water, pinch salt & tsp evoo. #microwave 10 min, strain 2. Add 1/2c mozz 2tbsp sour cream, 2tbsp milk & 1/4c marinara. Stir. 3. Bake @400 10min 4. #eat #foodlover #foodporn

#fresh #blueberry #scones before and after the generous sprinkle of powdered sugar. #baking #Louisville not 100% #goteamskinny but it does have whole wheat bran, rolled oats & almonds. A lovely #cheatday goodie!

I'm a tough critic when in comes to fine dining not only because I LOVE food but I've worked in my fair share of upscale and casual restaurants. Service and presentation is a solid 50% of my experience. Wednesday at 5:30 as expected the restaurant had plenty of open tables. Shannon and I were seated and I was asked about wine which I politely declined (#spendingcaloriesonfood) Waters were always full, coffee was fresh and overall I would give my experience a B+ the main course was about a C+ The Veal was served with roasted red potatoes and green beans. The potatoes were under done and under seasoned and the green beans were too spicy. The veal itself was over cooked and over breaded for my taste. The Souffle was beautiful in presentation and only so-so in taste. The vanilla creme was sour and the sugar had not completely dissolved. I do appreciate all the table side preparation vintage feel of the dining room but I'm not sold yet. MY MENU ITEMS: TORTELLINI ALLA PANNA CON PARMIGIANO REGGIANO Pasta pillows filled with ricotta cheese served in a Reggiano Parmigiano cream sauce with prosciutto, peas and mushrooms – $12.95 VITELLO SALTIMBOCCA Scaloppine of veal with sage, thinly sliced prosciutto ham and fresh mozzarella cheese presented in a light white wine sauce - $33.95 SOUFFLES Please order with entrée - $11.50 (This was actually $12.50) Stay tuned - I have one more Groupon to spend this summer!
