Starting with our synopsis for the season 6 finale, it doesn't give us anything specific at all. Reading with the context of the finale spoilers we have received so far however, there's much to be implied. BELOW IS ONLY A THEORY: We have been given every indication that Marinette is Nemesis, and that this akumatization is not a 'plan' or anything—but the fallout of Alya and Marinette leading up to Chrysalis taking advantage of it. Chrysalis is likely going all out to prove that Marinette is Ladybug, which leads to Renabella. That is probably what 'they devise new strategies to protect themselves' means. The risky moves in question would be Renabella.

This is the consequence. Alya is hurt by what Marinette did, and we can imply that this happened because she found out about the lie (the trailer itself cuts to a conversation between Marinette and Adrien immediately after about his dad, further strengthening my argument.)

It's important to note that we have no timeline on a single one of the clips from TFOU—except some marked with Season 6 or 7. Whether Renabella appears in Nemesis or Secret Protocol is unknown, however, Marinette is being held by Kung Food in one of the Secret Protocol images. My personal opinion is that Renabella will be appearing in Secret Protocol, because Rena Rouge is confusingly absent. Though, I wouldn't be surprised if she is also present for Nemesis.

The other hero that Ladybug was calling is in all honesty, just Minotaurox. It's odd that Carapace is there without Rena, because they're nearly always paired together. When they aren't, it's always for a very specific reason.

Now back onto the impact of Alya and Marinette's fallout. Marinette tells Tikki that her lies are weighing her down and that they are too much for her and causing her to be irrationally paranoid, implying that she disagrees with her past choice of covering up Monarch's mess. Alya, as seen in Revelator and the new S6 finale trailer, clearly disagrees as well. Somehow, there is a fundamental difference between their opinions that causes Marinette to destroy their picture. This isn't just a normal argument, that was a deliberate choice to rip it in half.

Maribug isn't just devastated like she was in Revelator, but this has real consequences. Alya cannot un-remember this anymore. We also have confirmation that she is still angry at Marinette even in season 7.

She may be even a little angry at Alya. The trailer implies that Alya is giving her an ultimatum. She's angry at Chrysalis (seen in the 2nd image) and will take it out. She will succumb to the akuma, because Heartfixer's only purpose—both in universe and to the fans—was to be a warning.

Secret Protocol according to Thomas Astruc is a one-part episode, so is Nemesis. However, that doesn't mean that Secret Protocol won't be setting up anything. It's central plot revolves around Marinette's family and Chrysalis has something planned for her.

As well, Marinette's akumatization seems to be in Secret Protocol. That is, assuming this akumatized stone girl is actually Marinette.

This shot looks to be on Marinette's balcony though! I haven't noted any Ladybug motifs on this woman though, which is interesting.

Now to examine this. Tumblr won't let me add any more individual images than 10, so bear with me. We can see Kung Food holding Marinette here during multiple shots, but why? The only reason is if Marinette's family KNOWS that something is a danger to Marinette. While an akuma may distort its victims minds, I don't think this is the case. We also see Tom and Sabine scared by someone in the guest room in another clip that Tumblr also won't let me add. Earlier in S6, Max stayed in there but then Tom and Sabine wouldn't be worried. The clip of Marinette putting her ear to the door may also be silenced, I think.

Also, with that shot of LB? Where is she going? Me thinks the catacombs to maybe Lila's lair. The synopsis says that LB and CN's efforts pay off, maybe this is it?

It's interesting. I don't know if this shot here, preceded by Ladybug and Chat Noir standing like leaders in front of the rest of the heroes sans Argos, is a flashback or not. This is the only time we see them all together in any of the clips released so far. Are they discussing how to take down Chrysalis? Are the Miraculers the allies mentioned in Season 7's synopsis?—I think so.

While Civil War theory seems unlikely, I think this is a legit possibility. While we do have the threat of traitors also in the synopsis, I can't see any of these characters doing that. We know these characters, what makes them tick. For nearly all of them, we've known them since Season 1. Turning any of them into antagonists wouldn't make sense, except maybe Zoe. But, Zoe isn't even really a bad guy, she's just not functioning on the same moral compass as Marinette.

Maybe, just maybe, the Miraculers become privy to Monarch's secret. But this shot isn't particularly pointing to anything, so I don't actually have any basis for this one. Marinette says she wants to stop with the lies, and with the Miraculers all being her closest friends and more importantly, her fellow heroes...

While on the topic of knowing our characters, we had several new ones introduced in S6. Namely, Aglae, Diane, Sublime, and Prem. Aglae is a strong contender for being one of Lila's disguises, but the others are also in a unique spot. Why be introduced, and especially now with an already stacked cast?

Now, I'm not sure why Marinette would open up to these characters. But, if she did, Aglae would likely be one of the S7 traitors.
