when you’ve been suicidal since a young age and assume you’ll kill yourself in your 20s or early 30s, any sort of recovery is terrifying bc you haven’t got any sort of plan or direction for your future or old age bc you didn’t think you’d need it, so then it makes it almost comforting to settle back into depression, reassured that you’ll be dead by 30-something and honestly that’s so fucking horrible

Because nobody wants me and nobody needs me. Nobody cares. Because people like me best when I’m gone
