I have a severe physical disability and I can’t pay my bills because the government won’t grant me adequate income and services. Here is the medical evidence.

My case worker referred me to a local mental health service (without my permission) and they will force me to undergo a psychiatric assessment if I don’t arrange adequate medical care asap. The bills I’ve posted are for my patient transport service and I need to pay off my outstanding balance with them if I want to travel to see my neurologist and possibly my GP. There isn’t any other service that can transport me with my significant level of physical disability, so I can’t go anywhere without paying these bills.

It’s of the utmost importance that I am not forced to become involved with a public mental health service given that in the past similar services have been coercive to the point of trying to put me on a guardianship (i.e. trying to remove my rights to medical consent for the rest of my life) despite that I am of sound mind. The time frame that the mental health service gave for me to arrange a medical appointment was within a week and I don’t know if my GP would be able to arrange a home visit by then, so I need to pay off this bill ASAP in case I have to travel out to his practice to fit within the time limit given to me. I also may need to prove that I would be able to travel to see my neurologist in about two weeks’ time.
