Let's say Papa dearest, as I got to be close enough to kill him. I've unfortunately not had the opportunity to experience the same with my Mother.

I do consider them my parents, yes. Unfortunately age and illness took them, but they were the only parents I truly ever knew. They treated me well, taught me a trade and ensured I never went to bed hungry or cold. Even if it was to the detriment of their own experiences of such things. It was the closest to being loved that I had ever felt as a child.

True love is the most powerful magic of all. It's very real.

Belle may have forgotten that we share True Love, but we do. I know we do.

Absolutely not.

I know I tried to be. For a while I do believe I was. But I admit my failings, I admit that I let him down in the worst possible way. I chose power and cowardice over the love I have always had for him. In that moment, I became everything I had wished to never become, and hadn't realised I was doing so until it was too late.

I failed him, and I've failed him still even whilst he's not here. I've allowed fear to creep back in, and allowed it to guide my decisions. It's not what he would want, but I fear it's too late to change any of that now.

I don't care a single thing about what either of them would possibly thing of any of my choices. I would do what I wish to do, regardless.

In this instance, I doubt Papa dearest was fond of Belle in the brief time he met her. I married her because I love her, and his presence would never make a difference to that.

Use my magic to bring back the people that matter. Belle, Henry. That's about it.

I prefer to leave that to the experts.

I always thought it was my son, and I believe that it would have been.

There is nothing about either of them remotely worth admiration.

When Belle sees me for who I am entirely and isn't influenced by others to turn her back on me, she is everything. Her strength and how safe she makes me feel is my favourite thing.

To be blunt, my least is that she allows others to get in to her head and convince her that my actions are meant to harm her when they never are. She wants to believe that I'm beyond help because of these so called heroes that whisper in her ear when I'm not around. She would have understood that the dagger is my weakness and she is my strength had they not been involved. She would have known. She would have understood.
