nah i deleted them, but i techanlly could restore them thru having saved them on tumblr’s backlog. i do have the full non-side story arc on a private account on a website, but i chickened out on releasing it here.

maybe once i get over my negative feelings on this i’ll change my mind and post it. idk tho. might be a while.

i still have most of the gaster art. some of it is lost because i used to just copy/paste and sometimes i wouldn’t save, but for major scenes i’d keep

some of these might of lost it’s lighting layers because i was inefficient with how i’d make them. again, i’d always just copy/paste from my art program.

yeah. you can unfollow this if you’d like. i do plan on doing something to put up the ending somehow, but like, damn i hate this project and i feel intense regret and negative feelings when i think about it so i don’t think i’d be up for spending the time it’d take to do so.

i did do a 1 hour storyboard but the story’s broken to the base structure, so i’d have to retool the whole damn story into a format that’ll work. idk. on one hand i hate leaving it unfinished but on the other, it’s not worth the emotional or physical toil it’d take to salvage this thing. i have a ton of new projects i work on outside this that don’t make me want to die when working on it, so. probably not at least for a long while. i might change my mind when it’s not such a bitter experience.

welcome! this blog is from 2016 and as i’ve changed a lot as a person and as a storytelller i don’t really like how I handled the story. it started as a fun mostly-comedy/slice of life/drama blog that turned into a horror/drama. i was going through some really hard times that i won’t get into, and for a brief period it became a therapeutic vent story. looking back, which it was good for me, it didn’t make for content i’d want on the internet. it was too bleak and harsh.

ok i’m legitamly getting myself worked up, but to sum it up i went through so much shit in those 1 1/2 years that i don’t even remember what you’re referring to by remaking an arc. i assume dark matter??? that was mainly cause i just hate how i handled that (and i’ve written in detail why that arc was so bad, tldr; i wrote it to cope with abuse and its just literal vent fic that shouldn’t have seen daylight)

a very, very small part of me still hold some fondness for the fact this was my first real project and i made this as a teenager. i wouldn’t be where i am with my writing and art without it, and i do wish i finished the movie esp with how much progress i made on it. i still think i could make a VN or something to remake the whole thing so it’s not tainted by what i was going through at the time or the bad writing choices i made

but i won’t. i have enough going on as it is and i don’t want to keep trying to revive something that’s biggest issue was that i didn’t want to give up working on it.

lol i’d defs say it’s overkill! i wrote that when i had to choose between homelessness or moving in with my abusive dad. i wanted sans to hurt cause i was hurting lmao, it was literally vent fic! and that’s ok but its not something i really want to leave in the world as it was. i want to write stories that empower victims and punish abusers. the original story was so bleak because it made me feel better

stories like that serve a purpose and it sure as hell helped me a lot, but as the person i am now, i want to handle it more responsibly and maturely lol.

also, continuing that, with how i set up the ending i gave EG too much of good ending. the idea was that he was supposed to regain the feeling of a soul so he can fully feel regret and be punished for his actions. but in doing so, he tried to redeem himself and he is not worthy of redemption, especially not the amount of agency i gave him compared to what sans had. bluntly put, it’s a messy story with it’s very structure being flawed and that’s why i’ve had such trouble trying to fix the script

i mean, i’m still going to post the ending when i have the free time. but its been 3 years since this story was supposed to end, its been a long time! most of my audience isn’t around or remembers the story lmao, i’m going have to reintroduce/redo the whole story in the storyboard to make it worth while

its just not worth the years of effort anymore lmao, tho i’ll be damned if i leave it unfinished though. the story itself has a lot of major problems (from a combo of my inexperience of writing at the time, me maturing a lot since i started and DR changing the lore a bit) my main issue is how i handled the abuse allegory, esp since like, i used agf as a emotional clutch during a very hard time in my life.

not anytime soon, the story is on hold. i’m unsure when i’ll come back to it O:

ya so like, i made this story 4 years ago and i was going through some really tough times so i used this blog as a coping mechanism. i’m not proud of how the story was handled because of that

now that i’m older i’m going to tackle this story with more nuance and understanding of the topic matter and story telling in general. i’m remaking the entire story in video format, but its on hold rn out of personal reasons and cause i’m working on other projects

no we are! i just have to fix some story stuff first. i get story help from my friend the sniffer, and we both have busy work schedules and need to iron out some story stuff before i feel ready to tackle the event.

ok so as we know from gaster follower #2:

Ha Ha… how can I say so without fear?

and so heres how it goes.

before agf movie starts, there is only one universe. this is UNDERTALE PRIME, the original timeline/universe, where W.D. Gaster is the royal scientist. he falls into his creation and it shatters him into pieces across time space.

it also splits and reworks the timeline into a new universe, DELTARUNE PRIME. This is not exactly the deltarune we play in, this takes place in the past and goes under slightly different rules.

so keeping this as simple as I can, DELTARUNE PRIME is the original undertale universe split into two halves. its split into light/dark and reality/fantasy. this is because there is only ONE dark fountain, which was made by gaster through the experiment that caused all of this. this fountain creates their forms and connects both worlds, the people themselves are split between their hopes and dreams. they’re separate halves of each other.

this is the fountain that ralsei’s empty town is around, these people were the people he would of governed. the second fountain hasn’t been made yet, lancer and every other darkner doesn’t exist yet. darkners aren’t toys brought to life, they’re the imagination/dreams the lightners had of the toys brought to life. this fountain gives form to their literal dreams.

aaaand third set of bgs! a lil more on the plain side, but yeah! here we go!

i could go a little more indepth of what this is actually! the idea is the reboot is mostly the same with the original asks. again, i’m sure a lot of these are familiar if you’ve read the blog.

the biggest changes are structural, and allegorical. i’m feeling kinda out of sorts right now physically, so idk if i can get this done in the time-frame of a week like i planned, but i hope i can! i mean, i have to make up a few scenes but otherwise the bgs are done and i got sketches/ink for some of the animatics.
