((mod: While i can’t give any professional advice i’m absolutely more than happy to share what has worked for me in the past and what has been recommended by therapists and psychiatrists to me! so i absolutely do plan on answering your ask with the best advice a non professional can give! as for having or not having bp, i do have bipolar disorder, which is what the connor on this blog has, so every piece advice and every answer is coming straight from someone who’s lived through some of the very worst parts of bipolar disorder and is currently in recovery! i know a lot of people head canon him as having borderline and i didnt mean to mislead anyone with the url, which is why i used bp instead of bpd . C: my doctor at the hospital said it was going to be a process, for them and for me… I’m just glad someone knows things need to change, even if she doesn’t know how to do that yet.
