I think it would ramp the humor up a 1000000x if everyone got on garp's ass every time one of his wack ass sons/grandsons/extended family/inlaws did some shit to fuck with the world government. garp has to legit snail call zeff to ask for a place to crash because luffy did a widdle liddle oopsie and now sengoku is bitching him out so loud that zeff can hear it through the snails. some report comes into marine HQ and everyone is side-eyeing garp like a motherfucker. koby comes in one day and garp is hiding under his desk because he is about to Get It from like six other admirals because sabo went on a bender. again. everyone and their mama being like "garp GET your fucking family." garp like, "they don't bite." except they do. and garp is about to get strangled. garp shows up on the grandline hair a mess, coat askew, on the verge of chainsmoking with bogard fanning him like a egyptian empress to ask luffy to tone it the fuck down because garp has been experiencing a very concentrated amount of hostility in the workplace and goddammit luffy. he does in fact start crashing at zeff's because he finally got in a bitchfight with sengoku and almost damaged the structural integrity of the marines. dragon's ass rocks up one day all like "howya doing popssss" and garp is deadpan i should have strangled you at birth. zeff finds this all as funny as hell.
