The potion was complete. A peculiar purple, with a single tooth suspended in the liquid. Reversing the effects of potions was not his favorite thing to do, but with this, it might come in handy one of these days...Not for himself, of course, but for anyone who might need it. Carefully, he takes the potion and puts it on one of the shelves nearby, with several other potions there as well, in all kinds of colors and...well, textures.
Shadow-walkers make fearsome foes, but a unique concoction when their teeth is taken. He's just lucky to stumble across one when he did. It wasn't the first. And certainly, would not be the last.
Those damned creatures. Made from the most undeserving emotion most humans could not stand to feel, walking around the forests and tearing to tear into flesh, he was more than glad he d e a l t with those damned things in enough t i m e.
After staring at it for a moment, his hair starts to twitch as he hears the door knocking...He was ready to pull out his weapon, that his, until his head snaps around and he saw a peculiar hair cowlick through the window. And that form of knocking...was simple morse.
She quickly opens the door, looking completely exhausted. "Y-Your Majesty-!"
"Are you injured?" He asks, approaching her slowly so he does not startle her. He...saw no scratches...But...what was the problem, then? Internal bleeding? A fracture bone?
"N-No, but-!" She seemed so out of breath, and he could tell she ran a long way...but she's already doing that anxious twitch, her hands resting on her knees, and some...sheets of paper between two of her fingers. "Ha.......I-I'm -- u-uh-!"
"Out with it, then." He speaks, volume just a little louder.
With a deep breath in and out, she stands up completely. "I hope th-that I am not bothering you right now...there is an emergency, k-kinda."
He quirks an eyebrow and crosses his arms. What sort of emergency was she talking about? If it was about the Shadow-walker in the forest, he had already dealt with it. Swiftly. Shedding it's blood, staining his sword.
"I'm talking code red type of stuff..." She raises her papers for him to take. "It looks like that she needs us. Look here."
Code red...Right, then this didn't look good. That's about a B rank type of fiend...Something changes in his eyes, once serious, now focused and yet...curious. He takes the papers away and looks them over...
What it is they needed to do, how to stop it, what it is the thing was...Looks as though nobody had the chance to see it yet, except...one. And they nearly got injured. Another one of those creatures that could have only come from the depths of hell...
"Did you get a ride here?"
Rikka shakes her head, no. "N-No, why-"
Quickly, he takes her wrist, and starts taking her towards the exit. With his other hand, he flings it up, and the door magically opens once again. They must make haste. There was no point in wasting anymore time here.
Rikka looks nervous, as she already knows what he means by that.
"Ah-! Sir, h-hang on a minute-!"
