Oh boy.

For those of you who don’t know, I’m Australian. And right now, my country is...well, on fire, to put it simply. And the air quality in my city is bad. Like, really, really bad. The standard for air quality is on a scale from 0-200.

Where I live? It’s listed at over 700, but there are parts of the city over a thousand. Nearly 1200, in fact. And I work outdoors. For some reason, my work hasn’t bought myself and my coworker respirator masks given the outdoors nature of our work, so I had to shell out $50 just to get the most basic and cheapy single filter respirator I could get.

On top of that, it is ABSURDLY hot, repeatedly reaching the high 30s/low to mid 40s (ranging between 90-110 for Fahrenheit users), and the house I live in has no air conditioning at all. All I have is a fan and a lot of ice packs wrapped in towels to try and keep cool when I am at home. I would love to be able to afford a portable air conditioning unit, if it helps persuade you to help me out.

Given the time of year, my budget is gone. Busted. Blown off the charts. Once my car payments come out I legitimately may not be able to eat, let alone put gas in my car or pay rent.

So, I’m opening up ~Emergency Commissions~!
