This is a smallishbeans ask blog, things are asked, I answer in character!
Asks are open currently
I am answering asks right now.
(Quick note, everything I say here is my own personal thoughts and rules. For other ask blogs please check with them to see what they are up for!)
I am up for any and all lore!
In regards to the life series, yes.
In regards to Empires, he has faint memories of it.
Simple rules regarding asks:
Nothing NSFW unless it's super funny
Nothing political
I won't use the cc's name, unless they go by that casually
Let's just try and be nice and have a good time:)

Tag names! In the tags things will be marked as following,
Small-Answers -> smalishbeans answers an ask. (NAME OF ASKER) -> the name on an asker, will be modified for anons. Smallish-Rambles -> Smallishbeans is just saying words. Re-Beans -> reblogs in character.
Anything said in character will be marked as following,
<Smallishbeans> Someone said we are now 'SmallEtho'
And actions will be marked like,
*Joel is at a loss for words, standing with his mouth ajar.*
And I think that coveres everything for now. Welp. Let's have a good time!

*Last thing he wants is to drop the baby while flying. So he tucks the little one up in a few blankets, and packs a shulker of various foods, water, and milk. *
<Smallishbeans> have to put down com will be there in 20
*Joel shoves his com in his pocket, focus on the baby in his arms, and keeping him asleep. Well... Joel can't just the baby "baby". He needs to come up with a name!*
*When Bomb hears a knock on the door, he wheels forward and opens it. His face goes through about 20 different emotions, mainly ones of confusion, before moving out of the way to let Joel in*
No name. Whoever left him left a note, saying he's a bull hybrid, has no name, is a month old, and mine now. And I- I don't know what to do- I looked around- but like- my city isnt baby proof at all! I had to do so much to make it okay for Asrian... I don't know what to do about an actual baby...
*Joel hesitates, but offers Bomb the baby. He places down his shulker, and gets out the note, offering it too.*
I... I didn't do great with Hermes. I don't know...
*Bomb takes the baby carefully, gently examining it for any injuires. He then sighs in relief when he seems to be okay*
Joel, you are going to do just fine. You may make mistakes, and thays okay. I do too, and im the literal god of children. But all children need something different. You are great with Asrian, you'll be great with this boy as well.
*Bomb takes the note and reads it as he gently rocks the baby, frowning*
I just don't know where to start... he needs food, so I'll have to find a place I can get formula. He needs a nursery, so I'll have to find the least dangerous building to set up one in, and sleep nearby. He needs other baby things like diapers and clothes and stuff and just... I didn't expect anything like this.
*His tail hangs limply, ears folded down.*
And- he's a bull. Am I supposed to take on a bull form? I mean. I can do that. Its not an issue. I just... don't know where to start.
Well most of that stuff i can get pretty easily, I cant help with finding a place for the nursery though...
I would reccomend taking a bull form while the kid is still little, mainly bdcuase children learn by observing. So if you walk around in a bull form, he'll learn the mannerisms. Plus when he gets older and can actually understand emotions a bit better, he wont feel weird by not being the same as he dad. Once hes an older kid or young teen you can likely switch back to whatever form is most comfortable for you.
I will warn you however, he will grow horns. And it will be painful for him, just like when they get their first set of teeth in. So expect crying and him trying to hit his head on things..
*Bomb gestures for Joel to come closer, wanting to try and make him less sad*
*Joel steps over, cupping the baby's tiny face with his hand.*
Yeah... yeah I can hold up a bull form. That's not hard. No harder than this form. Just molding clay. Poor guy... I'll keep an eye out for when I notice it. Ice helps with teething, right? They could help with horns?
*In a matter of moments, the tanooki ears and tail fold away, and bull horns, ears, and a tail are formed.*
He's why I didn't fly over. If I crash into a wall I know I'll recover. I don't know about him...
Well, im not sure about that..the skin from the horns shoving through it will be sensitive. If anything, ice might make it worse. I reccomdend gently rubbing the spot between his horns, and when they finally pierce the skin, then rub the skin around it. He might bleed a bit though, but thats normal, he'll be okay.
Yeah, definitely dont fly for now..or at least, not in crowded areas where yoy could hit the guy. He's not old enough to have the energy and knowledge to regenerate or respawn.
*Bomb adjusts the hold on the baby before reaching up with his free hand to run a comforting hand theough Joel's hair*
I'll be here to help as much as can, but with my own baby on the way it might be a little hard to help get supplies and stuff in a few months. Although im sure Doc will happily help with that was well.
What are you gonna name him? You're his father now, prepared or not..
*Bomb laughs, his hand pausing its movements for a few seconds*
Jeremy? Really, Joel?
*When Bomb stops laughing he goes back to running it through Joel's hair, sometimes moving to rub the back of his neck before going back to his hair every once in awhile*
But yeah, me and Doc can help for a while, but im sure you'll do just fine once you get the feel for it
Let him get to know you. Let him rest on your chest, hear your heartbeat and breathing. Talking to him. Most babies get familiar with their father before they are even born, they can hear when still in the womb. But since you were given him..make uo for lost time. Just talk about anything, let him hear you and get used to you.
Sometimes skin to skin contact is good as well, although he is a bit older..it could help him get used to being around you.
Uhm...I think regular baby formula at first and when he gets a bit older maybe try cow milk? If it doesnt work go back to the formula and baby food on-and-off
Don't squish the baby, he will get angry
*Bomb giggles, although he does reach up to just ever to slightly squish one of his cheeks*

Yeah... yeah I can hold up a bull form.
