((Hey all, mod here. I realized it has been quite a while and I know I have some asks left unanswered, but I didnât want to worry you too much. So hereâs an update:
Iâve been struggling how I wanted to bring out my story to this blog. I mainly made it because I just wanted to have a shot at being Shadow in this side of the story, but I became mentally overwhelmed when I realized thereâs a lot I wanted to unpack, but just...couldnât.
Iâm still trying to work out my art style with Shadow and just in general, which is why I havenât drawn him as much for asks. Iâve mainly been using it to draw my own characters, and Iâm sure some of you probably know or recognize who this style belongs to.
If you recognized my main, youâd probably see Iâve been back and forth about my interests. That doesnât mean Iâve stopped liking the Sonic franchise and Shadow in general, just that my mindâs been in many other places. It is a reason I have a hard time with continuing this blog.
At one point, I did think about deactivating this blog, but I wanted to give it a fair chance at what I have been doing. For now, Iâm going to give myself more time to finesse the story for this and my other blogs before coming back. And Iâll try to work harder on drawing and developing Shadow in the way I want to in the process.
Iâm pretty bad at making closing statements, but those were my thought processes when I came back onto this blog. Until I return, I hope you all take care, stay safe wherever you are and look forward to what I have planned in the future.
