Let’s start with him being human.

While they had red Alastor wouldn’t be wearing a red suit for a professional look he would be wearing a more muted, earthy tones they only wore colorful clothes in casual and evening wear.

While alastor is in New Orleans, Louisiana he would still be wearing a coat with long sleeves and since he did grew up poor he would have just used his father’s coat to boot his chance since he his a creole man passing as white.

I get that viv. Couldn’t do a lot of detail work but still human alastor is looking really clean for someone who lives in the bayou at least put a bit of stains on is clothes or even his shoes for that matter 🤔 the 1920-1930’s roads were just getting made so there were and still are horses and carriages it was pretty muddy even with the roads they had. (Fun fact- if you look down you can still find the old street signs on the roads)

The shoes/hooves are accurate they were known as cow shoes worn by bootleggers during the prohibition era

Alastor wouldn’t be wearing a monocle he would be wearing glasses back then they were small and not huge they were big enough to fit in the top pocket of the suit.

As for his sinner suit it’s a mixture between Britain’s peaky blinders suit with the USA mobsters stripes so not at all accurate. The length of the coat stops at the butt . (Example of the suits they wore down below)

I get that sinner alastor is dead but his skin tone is to light for a creole man to be dead 🫤
