It had taken six hours of meticulous planning for Suki to realise that, really, there was no organising something like this- a beach trip with the amount of people she'd invited, all wildly different. So she'd sent out a date, time, and location, (and a request to only bring small weapons please, she could not handle more bloodshed than absolutely necessary) and let God do the rest.

She sat now on this beach (blissfully empty, for now) wrapped in a cardigan, waiting for the absolute chaos she had brought upon herself to begin.

Bishop joked, smiling widely as Duckling hugged him. He wrapped his own arms around the other man, squeezing him as tight as his arms could manage before pain flared up in his joints. He laughed softly at the feeling, relishing it before reluctantly letting go and watching Duckling's smiling face. His chest felt warm, and so did his cheeks, but he just attested it to the warmth of the sun. Bishop couldn't help but admire the man in front of him, his heart beating a little faster than he thought normal.

"Yeah, absolutely! Do you need help applying some?"

"Sure. If only I can help you back." Duckling immediately regretted saying that after saying it, not intending it to sound that flirtatious. Kind of. Maybe.

Bishop hummed back, feeling like a little kid in a candy story at the situation. He was sincerely enjoying the situation and their little banter, even as he was completely oblivious to the borderline flirting between the two of them.

Bishop giggled with Duckling about it, twirling a little in the chair as he maneuvered the wheels before the wheelchair suddenly stopped, a familiar voice grasping the handles.

"Oleksy! It's been long since we've talked. I thought you went missing, good riddance. Who's this? Is this your new friend? Chick, duck--- I don't recall. But hello, dear friend of Oleksy's. You can call me Stepan."

"Bishop-- Yes, yes, I'm one of Bishop's friends."

Admin nodded along and nudged Bishop gently in his own wheelchair, carefully putting a hand on the other boy's arm.

Bishop rolled his eyes, annoyed by Admin's presence like a son embarrassed by his father's stupidity. He grumbled, crossing his arms and huffing like a rebellious child.

How long had he been waiting? Probably long enough to earn some strange looks from passing people, despite being situated in the food section, sitting by the corner. His food had already gone cold, getting more and more anxious with every time he looked at his phone, waiting for a text, a sign.

The thing worrying him aside from meeting Esteban after years of not seeing him was who could be accompanying him. Everyone he could think of would stab him right there, on sight. Hudson, Tooth, or even his father... they all didn't get it. They would never get it, unless they walked on his shoes, and see what he saw. There's a palpitation in his body at the mere thought of watching him across the mall, looking as beautiful as the day he first saw him. Unbeknownst to him, he had kept tabs on his life, so he knew about his prosopagnosia. That's why he wore a bracelet like the one he had, just in a greenish color. Orange looked so pretty when Duckie wore it.

He knew he would forgive him. He always had a heart of gold.

What does help is having Bishop with him. He seems more curious about the place around him, which he's too deep in his emotions to notice or care. He's only glad to have company. And his father's gun. He doesn't plan to use it, but he forced him to carry it with him under his shirt as a last resort.

The moment he laid eyes on "Medusa" his breath hitches quietly, unnoticeably. He feels like a child again, and he doesn't like it. Despite this, he forced a smile while sitting across from him. There's only faint memories of his face now, just the bracelet to remind him who he was and that... Scent, that smell of his he would recognize anywhere. There a barely visible twitch that he played off as simply looking around before following up with Bishop's greeting.

"I've been okay, as much as I can right now." Longing in his eyes, he handed him a chocolate bar from his pocket. "Here, you used to love these, didn't you?" He slided across the table, then gave the other individual a faked polite smile and a nod. As long as he's not in the way, he can follow along.

Soon enough, the disgust comes in the form of a chocolate bar. It brings bittersweet memories that pool in his stomach, not quite puke but just that feeling of coming back from a bad trip. One he wished for it to leave and never come back.

"Hey, it's okay." He claimed, as if he hadn't just stared at something that wasn't Duckie's clothes. Every part of him, he couldn't help but admire. "I know we're not supposed to, and I know what everyone has told you... But you're better than that. You know who I am, Duckie. You don't... Believe that, right?" His eyes gathered all the patheticness of a crawling dog, feeling his own heartbeat heavy with anguish. "You know me, Duckie..."

"Medusa. What did you want to talk about, again? I think we're trailing off topic too fast. And, ah, let's not do anything we're not supposed to do!"

"Yeah, yeah he's--... he's right. We stopped by, but we have to attend to an event later on... We have very little time." With a single squeeze of his hand, he tried to signal him to back him up in whatever he chose to lie about. The only non-violent way to get out of this situation quick.

"Yeah. It's really important, can't stay here long."

"Right... I just wanted to ask if... If I could have another chance. Not anything in particular, simply letting me be in your life, again." His hands clasped together, briefly staring off at nowhere special. "I don't care what people think anymore, I just want to make you happy. Happy like... Like you used to be. Like we used to be. I...
