He noticed Hanzou was crying, and sighed, rolling his eyes. “Fine.” He growled. “What do you need from me?”
“I-I b-broke... a-an important p-photo.. I-I’m too scared t-to p-pick it up m-myself cause I-I don’t w-want the glass to c-cut me b-but.. c-could you help me fix it?”
He sighed loudly. “A PHOTO? Can’t you just get a new fucking frame?” He crossed his arms, his grip tightening on his gun and his finger hovering over the trigger as if he was paranoid that this was a plot.
He flinched at the loud remark, he was visibly more nervous. “I-I t-think it t-tore... a-and as I s-said I don’t w-wanna get cut..” He’s never liked broken glass.
“Why don’t you ask CASS, since you suck up to her so much?” He scowled, rolling his eyes again. “I’m sure she’d LOVE to help you if she cares about you as much as you say.”

“I’ve been fucking fantastic.” He said with increasing sarcasm, crossing his arms with his gold-clad gun in one hand,
Hanzou noticed his sarcasm, and his expression quickly turned smug. “Wooow, I wouldn’t be so hostile to me if I were yooouuu!”
His expression shifted a bit, unreadable. A tinge of fear, but more increasing rage. He so badly wanted nothing more than to keep sassing Hanzou...
He lets his hubris take over a bit. “Or what? Y’know you can’t do shit. Cass would fuckin destroy you. She would, and I know that more than ANYbody. You’re nothin’ more than a fuckin tool to her, meanwhile she can actually respect me. I’ll be as hostile as I fuckin want, y’hear that you psychedelic nightmare of a boy?”
He paused, still grinning. “Oh but would she~? I haven’t heard her call you useful ONCE. Tools are useful, you sir, are just a simple little stick. Fun to play with if you imagine them as something more~ like a powerful sword! But then they get bored! And the poor little stick gets thrown out! While tools can be used over and over and over! Sooner or later Cassandra is gonna find you boring, find out you aren’t what she wants you to be, and you never will! You will no longer be the perfect shiny sword to her, just a stick to throw into the bonfire~!”
He grabs Hanzou by the scarf and presses the end of his gun to the other boy’s chin, getting a scowl. His hubris takes over entirely and he becomes confident in himself. Too confident. “Until the tool breaks.”
“And right now, I can be the bent nail that breaks the arm of the hammer. I can be the stubborn bolt that snaps the wrench in half. Do you want that outta me? Huh?”
He doesn’t even flinch, his eyes soon turning psychedelic and his grin widening. “Go on. Do it. Break the hammer, snap the wrench, what do you think Cassie’ll do? You think she’ll accept the death of someone as useful as me? You’re disposable Pico. You won’t shoot. I know you won’t. If Cassie gets mad because you SHOT me, you’ll end up like Cy! Eyes torn out, impaled, and ripped to shreds~!”

His breath hitches in his throat. He puts his finger over the trigger, then lowers the gun.
