A.S.D.R.E

Eight months ago, we celebrated the launch of one of our most anticipated missions yet, The Amphitrite, sent to explore planet 15-DS3 in hopes of migration. This has long been A.S.D.R.E.'s focus, and The Amphitrite left with high hopes for this.

Six weeks ago, Control Centre at A.S.D.R.E. lost contact with the crew aboard The Amphitrite. Emergency measures were put in place in order to pick up distress calls. Unfortunately, in this time no such distress call has been found.

After much deliberation, we have made the decision to follow A.S.D.R.E. protocol in this situation. Therefore, it is with great sadness that we announce complete mission failure, and planet 15-DS3 as unfit for human life. All crew members of The ARV Amphitrite are henceforth pronounced deceased. As with ASDRE procedure, we will not be sending out a rescue or retrieval team due to the risk of loss being deemed too high. Our focus and resources must remain on finding a habitual environment for all.

Our thoughts are with the families and friends of the deceased, and family members of the crew will be given a three day paid leave grace period for grieving. The crew will be honoured at our next seminar, for those attending. Interviews will begin next week to fill the positions of those we have lost.
