“-She’s also had been avoiding dad for a while, too. Like.. C-complete isolation? Until now, when she told me to go, she didn’t say what she was going to do, but I know it’s…” A pause, there really is stress showing in their face now. “-Not good.”

Napping isn’t even an option for them, but trying to get comfortable might help a bit, so they do end up hopping onto the thing. Still anxious. “I don’t know about.. Harming anyone, but I’m scared she might.”

                “... i see.”

                she had her fears, of course. she knew that talon had wanted gerard dead for a long time now, and she had a creeping feeling that amelie was not as well as she seemed. still, angela swallowed dryly, trying to remain reasonable.

“She’s been sad a lot, I thought it might’ve been just.. Whatever, the weather? But I’m not sure anymore, I’m sorry.” They have a habit of apologizing for the smallest of things, but this might be a massive issue. “I just want to sleep, but I can’t. At all.” 

            “well, being sad is understandable, ally. she’s been through a lot. i would be worried if she was acting like nothing was wrong. has -- has she made any signs that she’s going to harm herself or others? that would be concerning.”

           ❛   I -   ❜, the girl hesitates briefly, fingers twining with each other in an unconscious habit in the event of nervousness. Nobody much knew about what she can do as she prefers to keep it that way. Q U I E T. God does work in mysterious ways ( ROMANS 11:33 ,  How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways ! ). 

             The MESSIAH lets a beat pass before she continues, assumes it’s something else entirely. ❛   I-Is that so ? Do you imply you have seen something like it before ?   ❜   

            “not exactly like your abilities, no! but i once worked for an organization that pulled people from all sorts of situations; i have worked with individuals with a vast variety of different capabilities. you are unique, however.”  the doctor’s smile is calm and kind, her hands folded in front of her and her blue eyes sparkling with interest. the intellectual side of her wanted to study this girl, but the compassionate side knew to not be too curious.

             oh, angela’s mind was full of questions the moment she spotted this being -- how does your anatomy work? do you have blood? can your body be injured, or would it be damaged like a machine? are you medically similar to humans? -- but she refrained from asking them, choosing instead to approach. she was curious enough that she didn’t bother worrying about her identity would be noticed, her thirst for knowledge drowning everything else out.
