Genuine in lore answer: Yes- most likely

Atrophy is a shapeshifter and a man whore. He personally likes looking the most attractive, and caters to the wants and preferences of whoever he’s interacting with.

Kinda like how sirens shape shift to be whatever someone finds attractive- Atrophy used to actually almost function as a siren back in the days but now he doesn’t kill people with it.

Atrophy’s current look and outfit is based off of horrors own psychological desires for a skinny-musclar, masculine, domineering man who will order him around. He gets this information by being able to read emotional reactions but also as a dream parasite he spy’s on ppls dreams to figure out their unconscious desires.

He likes being considered hot that’s just very cannon to his character. He values himself only for how much people find him attractive- not just physically but his personality and character as well
