The Violent Art Of The Letterer or How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Enjoy A Superhero Popstar Beating Seven Shades Out Of A Big Robot.

Some classic incredibly inventive sound effects by veteran letterer Gordon Robson (credited as ‘Kid’) from Zenith Phase Two, written by Grant Morrison, laid over Steve Yeowell’s kinetic black and white artwork.

Usually, not enough credit is given to comics letterers - their work can be so seamless that we barely notice it at all, despite it being a vital and intrinsic part of the comic book making process.

We’re back, and of course so are “They" ("Them”?), as things are just hotting up in the New Year Blockbuster, Dark Justice!

Also starting this issue is the return of the Sov-Blok's most deadly assassin, and sworn enemy of the hated, decadent western Mega-Cities - Orlok, Agent Of East-Meg One. Of course, these missions happened early in his career, before he was killed by death! (Execution-style, not actually by Judge Death!)
