I got a better response to my last overlay than i expected, so the day after i posted it i started working on my next one! I wanted more scar variety so it took me longer than i expected

4t2 Scars Overlay Box

This is something that I’ve wanted to do for some time already and I even failed twice while making that happen, but thanks to @themeasureofasim​’s awesome tutorial I finally succeded! 🎉 (I hope ^^’?).  The set consists of 25 different scars overlay textures - swatch (originaly made by redearcat & 1 by AlisterAzimuth for Sims 4). Instead of the typical overlay box, I cloned the torso that May & Epi used for their Freckles Overlay Box, but changed the texture so it would showcase scars instead of freckles. The object can be found in Misc/Dressers. The scars itself have some blurriness that I tried to tone down, but most of them still have it more or less.

platasp's conversion of the fullbody Power Jogger set from Serenity-CC with a TF conversion by hmcb96 AND an EF conversion by sgthebee <3 because seeing this get an EF conversion finally convinced me to recolour it lol 7 colours in full solids with white accents/shoes and with Simlish .pngs by casteru, camperstew and homesickforsixam. there is some mild splotch on areas because I like saturated colours and the textures get cranky with me for it. :P I did my best to adjust so it wasn't bad.

tbh it's not super notable but.. you know, transparency.

super cozy pajamas for all your fellows! this is megamassikalove's conversion of the pajamas from the Golden Years pack (yes, I will take the whole pack please, thanks. <3) and it was love at first sight before the conversion so I KNEW if it was done I was recolouring it. XD AND THEN DeeDee was a doll and made AM and TM conversions T_T so I am a happy moogle. thank you thank you thank you both <3 Goat was so very lovely and made this easy for me by supplying a psd and I am so grateful because I can get overwhelmed by things that need a lot of little bits like this. (not that that has stopped me before but.. lately I'm swamped XD) no1curr i know

because of the mapping of the socks being on the back of the cardigan they will pick up that texture.. so yes, your nice knit cardigan includes fuzzy knit socks. You can decide if that's a dealbreaker for you. :D

also, I did this for elder males first so TM and AM will be repository to that this time. patterns are from spoonflower artists. <3 (the cardi texture is actually from ts3 as well)

Version 1 - antennas move subtly. Less likely to clip. Compatible with a wider range of haircuts, but not all. Available for all ages and genders.

These are traits that have no effect on Sims, so they are purely cosmetic. I'm not an expert at creating or linking mods for traits yet, even creating these simple items proved to be a bit tedious for me. Honestly, the part I enjoyed the most was creating the illustrations that I'm proud of. (Update: I plan to add more content in the future.)

I never seem to have enough kids clothes. You too, right? Especially for Spring/Fall. I know it doesn't matter in TS2 if their Everyday clothes are warm enough, but I like them to *look* seasonally appropriate. The wonderfully Spring/Fall ready EP20SweaterOverall was originally converted by @megamassikalove, but I'm weird about meshed shoelaces. (I'm weird in general.) I especially love the little sheepies on some of the textures, so I wanted to do a shoeswap. Then I found out that @pluto-sims' Let's Bounce outfit for TS4 used the same mesh, so there are a bunch of fun recolors already. Yay!

also, if anyone is able to make the portable stereo functional, that'd be super cool :) <3 the stereo has two mesh subsets (and I couldnt combine them bc of the two separate textures) so I didnt know how to clone it from the usual radio object i usually use.

💚 Traits, Refreshed & Randomized

I'm currently in the testing process for V2 of my Trait-Based Chemistry mod, but I wanted to go ahead and share this first, since I intend these to be used with that mod.

The original 3t2 traits were released 6 years ago, and I thought it was time for a fresh look. And while Flippity Flop traits by @anachronisims/@cityof2morrow filled in some gaps, I still felt like there were some aspects of real life personalities that were missing. And like most things, I started working on this and couldn't stop. Here's what you'll find in the download folders:

New icons for 3t2 & Flippity Flop traits, using 4t2 icons

Increased texture size for all traits, so they look a bit nicer in Sims' inventories - these went from 128x64 to 256x128 (preview below the cut)

9 new traits to complement the above sets

New icons for some "bonus" traits like @tammyhybrid21's Alien trait and @midgethetree's Fairy trait, plus 8 new completer bonus traits

Mesh swap of Simlogical's Prisoner Tag to fit the same format as the traits

Optional renamed traits (included in a separate folder with credits where applicable)

Trait randomizer program using Hook's RandomStuff

All traits use their original GUIDs and file names so you can just replace them in your downloads folder if you have the originals. You may need to manually refresh thumbnails in-game to see the new icons.

‼️The collection file is required - these objects will not show up in the catalog. If you are new to using traits, you also MUST have the trait_MAIN file from the original traits project post.

It's been ages since I shared anything and I started this project months ago, so it's highly possible I made a mistake somewhere. Let me know if you run into any issues!

Updated 2/16/25: Fixed an error where some of the renamed traits were showing in the catalog instead of collection only. Archives have been updated.

Updated 2/20/25: The Minimalist trait texture was showing up as a recolor for Black Thumb, and I accidentally packaged a version of the Prisoner trait without the custom thumbnail. Archives have been updated but you can get the individual files here.

Updated 8/29/25: An anon let me know ages ago that the renamed Mooch/Greedy trait had an incorrect texture. Archives have been updated, but you can download the fixed trait separately here.
